If you review it properly, you will get the correct information about this board the problems of the casinos are all discussed. There will be scams but you have to learn to control yourself. The casino has an unmatched selection of games, making BC.GAME one of the best bitcoin casino options available on the market but its problems remain. They may be closing everything to open tickets and giving false promises so they don't support any information. As you can see, this site has a lot going for it if you are sure you can change it a bit.

I'm surprised they are still allowed to promote and operate here despite so many complaints. I guess that the board just doesn't care too much, or enough to boycott them.

I believe you have spent enough time on this forum to know that even scams are not moderated here. No matter what business and how they operate, bitcoin talk does not care about it. They are free to have their ANN thread and their promotion in the forum. I guess you knew there was 1xbit, and they were running a signature campaign here.

I did not see their signature for a while now. But they still operate their ANN here in Bitcointalk. Imagine if scams are not moderated; who will moderate casinos that may have some running issues? Bc game has some reputation as well. People already know abut their support issue.

I would like to leave here my indignation with BC.Game. I've been trying to solve a problem for 3 weeks and the support only knows how to open tickets and promise deadlines that they don't meet. The problem is, I'm entitled to an affiliate reward. But I don't think the site wants to pay. Anyone else having problems with this site?

Or you can directly contact their representative about the affiliate prize you mean, I think if you really have an absolute win, if you are not satisfied with the support in their chat, maybe you can try to discuss with @BC.GAME, to solve your ticket problem, just try contacting hopefully there will be a satisfying answer for you.
I think he already knows this. He didn't mean to say that BC.GAME doesn't have a costumer support but what he really mean is that their support team isn't solving his issue. It's not the first time I see someone who complain about BC.GAME affiliate rewards but maybe they are all the same people. Not that I'm defending the casino but maybe these people can't move on that they didn't get their reward because they did something inappropriate. They think it's easy to game the system but they are wrong.

There is another concern about affiliate reward which states that BC.GAME decreases their affiliate rewards. I think this is official and happens to all. Well, if they don't like it, they better leave. Complaining here about it, doesn't help.

There is no information. It would be better to make screenshots with the tickets. But i don`t think that this thread will help, it may be only useful information for other users. The BC.GAME representative only inform about some changes but don`t answer on the board. I think that he even don`t see this thread. And about problems with this casino - there are threads with problems that weren`t solved. But the casino works and pay money for winning.
The only advice i can give - continue dialogue with support and try to solve the problem with them.
Yes, that's correct. That's the only reasonable suggestion @OP can come up with. But I'm curious what happened to the account? Did he manage to get the attention of the BC.game representatives here and solve the case right away? But as far as I know, BC.game is already one of the good casinos many people recommend. So maybe it's just a misunderstanding problem that often happens to some people who complain about withdrawal problems or something else. Hopefully, @OP can settle the case well and withdraw all the money.

Well, to be sincere with your, BC.Game really used to be one of the very best casino, with indeed a support that response 24/7 and very fast too, but presently, I don't know what is happening with them, maybe they laid some workers off or something, no body can really tell except they themselves decide to let their community know what is really going on wit their support system..

Anyways, what ever be the case, I hope they fix it, and return back to being that great casino they used to be.
I used to have an account and play on BC.Game and if you look at the past they are indeed one of the good casinos and can be trusted, even every problem is immediately resolved by support when I submit a complaint.
It's just that whatever problems are going on within the BC.Game team structure are not known by gamblers or even their community so it's only natural that some problems and complaints are raised by their customers.
To say that hopefully they can fix it soon is the hope of many people but unfortunately after several complaints that have existed until now there has been no truly appropriate resolution.
But still, we also hope that BC.Game can be like before.

The issue of OP here is regarding the affiliate reward and not a withdrawal. Also if one user doesn’t have any have problem doesn’t mean other user complain is invalidated since we have different experience in each casino.

I’m not accusing that their cases is legit but the lack of response here by the bc.game representative doesn’t prove anything about all the existing case.

I found another scam accusation thread against them years ago bc game closed my account with 115+ referrals without giving any warning which is similar to this but unfortunately it is still unresolved and there is no reply from the bitcointalk in that thread as well which makes it fishy but we can't say anything for sure.

OP I advice you to move this thread to scam accusation section to get better exposure among DT members.

We don't know but that volume speaks on how they're doing it with their support. Other casinos do also have complaints but if that's a bunch of it and they just keep on coming, there must be something wrong. Maybe they don't have many people to cater to the complaints that are coming from them so, they should hire more support to cover all of these problems that are being addressed by them. They have the idea of the problem and the volume that's going on them, maybe the resolution is quite slow because they lack manpower, whatever it is, that's a feature that they need to sustain for their customer satisfaction.

Am pretty sure they will eventually resolve this issue with the support team, although I haven't had any issue  with their platform so far since I have been using maybe its because my withdrawals are not much as I gamble a bit under the radar (50$-80$) and so far my experience has been smooth although I know how annoying it gets to have issues with an online casino and for some reasons the support has being dormant on your  case and the worst part is that you can't do anything but hope and wait for the issue to be resolved.

That's actually the work and task of the supports, they'll just redirect your concern to the respective departments and then all you need to do is to wait for an update about it. And if there's still no response and you think that it's taking them long, ask an update from them.

I don't think they don't want you to pay. Maybe there's some reasons behind and that's why asking them through the support needs to be clear on what the actual matter is. But I wish that everything is going to be taken care of and your eligible affiliate reward will be given to you.

Your point is valid, but OP hasn't created this thread to get replies from BCgame forum representative. He/she wants to know whether anyone else facing the same problem or not. OP is already in touch with the BCgame support team, but there is no solution for him since last 3 weeks. And it is expected that gamblers will bring the issues in a public place if they don't get the solution for a long time.

I believe it would be good for @OP to create a thread on the reputation board with all relevant information. Since there has been a sudden increase of threads like this one on the main board. I believe without proper details it is hard to decide who is right or wrong. Just a question for everyone, why suddenly OP created this thread after the launch of the signature campaign? OPs rank is a newbie, the registration date shows 2020 which means it is an alt account. Unfortunately, such alt accounts are trying to create hype that every project that is listed on the gambling mainboard is trying to scam every user. According to me, that is nothing but a competitor's way of defaming an online casino

They aren't responding to any queries here in the forum so it's just not you. They are yet to answer some queries in here so better watch out for that. It's just weird that they built a community here first before deciding to just disappear. Anyway, it might be some difficulty in the end of BC game, but if ever your ticket gets resolved, I'd suggest you move to a new platform and do your hustle there. Way easier to get support and fresher platform for the type of job you're doing.

Just bump that ticket continously and wait for updates in their main thread. They'll give in eventually if they aren't pulling off something shady here.
I also noticed their team recently started being active again and holding a signature campaign event meaning they are represented in this forum so it seems like they can communicate directly with bc.games as far as I know it's like that, I hear a lot of complaints like this about bc.games though I have never withdrawn money here and have played with my initial deposit some time ago. so starting to worry about playing again here.

Yes, you are right, always try to play at the biggest and most trusted casino, because the fast CS response rate will always be an important point that they are a gambling platform with a good and high reputation, but I really don't like casinos that have low response CS services. because it would mess me up if it had a problem.

I'm not sure if it's going to work or not but you should send a PM to their forum representative and also post your message in their ANN thread so that they notice it, and if the support is pushing the dates ahead after every new ticket, your case might become a bit stronger if it goes there from the forum and hopefully it gets resolved. Generally, when support makes things delayed, that indicates that the management is having a problem paying the money.

Have you ever faced this issue on the platform before? And how much is the money involved in this, just for reference? If it's a small amount, I don't think they should have any issues paying it off, but if it's a high amount, they might be doing some checks and everything before paying your commissions.

I think in any gambling platform there are affiliate managers who deals with their affiliates. Usually the affiliate sections are separated from the main business section. I did not use BC game that much and never checked how their affiliate sections has designed but if this is separate section then showing withdrawal from the main platform does not mean anything.

I read somewhere that they always take care the cases on their support section. But when gamblers or affiliate partners do not receive much attentions fir their issues then they will obviously try to seek attention from other sources. BC.game needs to response here.

I understand but the support promised several times to solve the problem in 48 hours. I've already received two tickets with the same problem. They asked for print several times. I have ticket 181757 and 167864. None with any response.

Shouldn't these two tickets complicate things if the issue is the same?  This might cost for another delay because the support might get confused about the two tickets and might end up producing another problem.  Opening another ticket on the same issue is not the best thing to do IMO.  You can just bump your ticket by asking them about the update and not opening another one.  But if the case is different then I think it is ok to create another ticket since the other one is different from the existing one.

You can follow up and ask them, you should even talk to the online support personnel and inquire about your ticket on their support chat.  I bet the support stuff will answer your inquiries.
