You should try to contact their customer service so they can help your problem, as far as I know BCNEX exchange is one legit exchange and there is no problem when I use it.
Did you received your withdrawing balance? I think few day take time processing each withdrawing in BCNEX exchange market, but if you still miss and pending withdrawing you can contact their team on telegram channel, ask you problem withdrawing and will process faster. BCNEX after update their system withdrawing process take more time.
If you continue to experience pending on withdrawals, more bcnex exchange users will be disappointed with bcnex exchanges, and they will also leave this exchange, because other exchanges have never experienced anything like this.

well, at the time of the promotion, even now Bcnex is a pretty good exchanger in providing airdrops. if they limit their users to withdrawal issues, this can be a bad thing. honestly, my impression of this exchanger is quite good, it's just that when the problems that currently exist make me feel that the team of this project is not so professional. as far as I know, the team is currently on vacation, are they finished the holiday? if not, it's a pretty long vacation.
One of my mate had some similar kind of stuffs a long ago, not with BCNEx but with something else. We both now had decided to not go for this kind of stuff thinking that most of them will end up scamming us. They're supposed to be eradicated already. Strict measures should be taken to stop this kind of fraud stuffs and eradicate them.
BCNEX is really stingy. I heard that some admins have not been given salaries as long as they are community managers.

Update: After so many requests, finally I received my ETH after 52 hours! Later they announced they need a vacation to celebrate the Chinese lunar year, so, they stopped withdrawals, supports everything. By this manner, BCNEX exchange is finished already. Most of the people use this exchange to unlock their bounty tokens and sell them. This exchange had high potential but they ruined everything. BE aware guys, don't deposit even 1 USD in this shit exchange /

Surprisingly negligent work of staff on this exchange should become an example for the rest of "how should not be."

I tried withdrawing around 0.7 eth few days ago but never received i asked one of telegram admins and he said to send them the screenshot. When i logged in i saw that the withdrawal was rejected without any reason and they never even sent me any notification or email about it. The telegram admin then told me to request small amount and it will be completed, now i have requested around 0.2 eth only, some membere in telegram have reported to receive withdraws so i will stay hopeful, the signs are not good and i would also like to suggest everyone to be careful and do not trade or deposit there untill all withdrawal issues are resolved.

it can be a indicate to be scam, the good exchange wont need so much time to solve the problem

I don’t know how with others, but I have been using this cryptocurrency exchange for a couple of months and I constantly withdraw cryptocurrency there earned from the bounty company and I had no problems and most importantly, the payments are very fast, but of course there was a delay in payments for about 20 days, because that there were some updates.
Everyone is trying to withdraw their funds because BCNEX activities are very suspicious, so, no one wanna keep their money in this shit exchange after 20 days lock of withdrawal! But the team is not letting us withdraw fund smoothly. You cant withdraw more than 50$, if you have 500$ then if you have to go 10 times to withdraw your full money, isn't it ridiculous? My ETH has stuck there for 6 hours already!

I agree with you. however, many people say that to their telegram, and they answer, the withdrawal process will still be processed, only it will be done manually.the problem is, they only have 3 ETH left in their wallet, and two days since, only 2 transactions have occurred. to be honest, professional teams don't take many vacations before they make their users satisfied.
