This is incorrect because bounty hunters have been unlocked almost all since a few months ago and certainly not for this reason. I think they are trying to prevent investors from withdrawing money and this will certainly greatly affect the reputation of this exchange in the near future.

Now BCNEX needs to make things clear because everyone is very disappointed and some investors are condemning their actions when can not withdraw money at this exchange.

This is uncommon for some exchanges. This is why I advise many people to not hodl their coins in an unknown exchange or not that widely known exchange.
You could try to get in touch with them because they seemingly froze your account there.

So for those who like to withdraw their money in the exchange, you should do it now as the withdrawal have been enabled already for btc,eth,bcnex and usdt base on their announcement but I only tried eth so far and I didn't experience any problem as I have received my funds in an almost instant.

Only traders coming from Vietnam can verify their location, it's better to not deposit here and warned friends with an account here to stop depositing money here, it's very risky, I'm 100% sure that the site will become a scam exchange unless they address this issues and explain their sides, but I doubt any explanation can stop the warning sign.

Even though the office is in Vietnam, we still cannot sue this action. We buy tokens without any contracts and when we log into an exchange we have to obey their orders. This is crazy. and I also suspected that this was a scam exchange because before they airdrop $ 2m they asked us to hold Bcnex to unlock it. they painted everything so we could suffer more.
