Nice job posting the official statement of Bcnex technical team here. But please state the source as well so that people will believe this statement. If possible, state the link so that it can be viewed by everyone. It is hard to believe any account here, especially a newbie, to bring any official statement.

20 days is kind of long. There must be many accounts involved. But good enough that they are giving it a good attention.

I did not expect that to happen. I still have funds there. although not too big but I hope this is just a technical problem from the development team. I still don't believe in the scam view of this project because the team is still active in the group. I'm not 100% sure but with events like now I think when the withdrawal is opened again everyone will withdraw their money because they are disappointed with what the developer has done.

You can hope for anything, but there are unpleasant factors that speak of the alleged hacking of the exchange or the upcoming fraud.
The exchange was developed for a rather long time, after its launch, the main wallet was replenished by $ 40,000, after which there were no replenishment for several months.
It can be assumed that responsible people do not have access to wallets, or someone limited this access.

hopefully quickly resolved. but have you asked the support contact? What is the problem, is there no withdrawal because it is due to running out of funds and later there will be a refill, or indeed the project has failed and stopped? so you can know clearly how the project continues.

I did not expect that to happen. I still have funds there. although not too big but I hope this is just a technical problem from the development team. When was that? I thought that this exchange is still have some issues with their withdrawal, there is also an update regarding this issue from the exchange and OP can't withdraw his funds as he stated.
If you are able to withdraw, you are lucky, since even after the exchange is having difficulties you can still able to withdraw.

And yes, we better stay away from this exchange to avoid facing any issues.

but this is not true. Why? 20 days can last forever! I can not withdraw money from the 23rd! They have no dates and numbers. And most likely this is a hoax from admins who cannot contact the team.

You did not face any problem because you were withdrawing dust, try to increase the size of the withdrawal amount at least around $100 and then you will see it.
Every failed, unsuccessful, pending transaction will be returned back and be blocked for 20 days. What does that mean? they are waiting for liquidity to cover up the transaction.

Very impossible BCNEX become scam exchange market because there are have thousand altcoin kinds for trading and have much volume transaction, for every withdrawing maybe got problem but we have ask to their support channel. Sent email for them and your withdraw will be process and solve because I see only BCNEX exchange become the only one faster respond for every complain.

There are always glitches and technical problems and delays and what nots with exchanges. Hold your gun if you experience one of these technicalities as they are normal. What is important is that they have a responsive support which gives you explanation promptly and will look into your concern as fast as possible. But if the support is non-existent you should exhaust all means available before calling them a scam.

before making this thread you should first ask this problem to the telegram admin, because this issue concerns the reputation of the BCNEX exchange. I see there are some people saying if the telegram admin is still active and answering all complaints, hopefully quickly find a solution to your problem Wink
