Although 7 days is enough to time upgrade system but did they published any news for withdrawal off. I believe this is bug or system issue that could be solve in few times. More information can keep update us about this exchange. Within 7 days, the withdrawal is no longer available. I tried to turn to those support however they did not want to give my ETH. Many people also cannot withdraw money now.

I doubt that BCNEX exchange is a complete scam, but you never know, are there any proofs provided for these claims? Did you ever send in your (KYC) Know Your Customer compliance information? a lot of exchanges are cracking down due to regulatory pressure from SEC and other governmental bodies around the world. We cannot conclude that they are scam, their social media is actively promoting the exchange. Maybe theres a network issue with the exchange, but they should update their users in formal way and fix the problem immediately to avoid panic.
Really it is shaking news for me after reading your post about BCNEX Scan that withdrawal is no longer available there because I have some funds in bcnex Now I am thinking about my withdrawal but I am using bcnex when it was started with any issues. So it is time to move my funds from bcnex and before doing that I have cross-check about bcnex withdrawal issue.
You have a chance to withdraw Usdt 340 $ now. Look at what they have left on their wallet. And the transaction will go through. I checked it out.
