Impossible with bigger exchange market could be scam, you have contact BCNEX support team by email or you can directly ask your problem with their telegram channel, I get faster respond when get trouble with my first withdrawal and repeat once more time and my withdrawing success faster than using other exchange market like Binance, Bittrex and Kucoin.
This exchange is so weird, they have problem but dont immediately fixed

I think they were avoiding holiday cashout, then definitely its a bad move for a new exchange to do this. For a new exchange like BCNEX they should avoid this kind steps that will obviously only raise suspicions among their users, its already a failure for an early project to conduct a behaviour like this.
It could be because it takes a long time for their maintenance to even take 20 days. of course, this is to prevent withdrawal during the holidays. but, this thread seems a bit confusing, because as far as I know BCNEX is not a scam exchanger, they even wrote an announcement and apologized for this.

it looks like they are running out of funds, and their funding division chose to take a vacation without caring about the current problems. locking withdrawals for 20 days is a very bad move for a new exchange. They are always talking about upgrading the major system from a few months ago, currently they are holding an airdrop program, and early next year they will do the first IEO. Their global and local community is quite large, I don't think they plan to deceive users, but their actions are indeed unprofessional.

Depends on their explanation if the reason is somehow unbelievable then say good bye to youre funds. I'm thinking if this project proven scam the team will be put into jail or they can just escape this kind of activity. of course, think of those who invest and their asset still there? Unlike other exchange who announced their closing and let people withdraw their funds in due time.

No one knows for sure what will be happening but I hope they replenish the wallet and allow people to withdraw though this will surely wound their reputation in the future. Refunding people's money is one way to heal the reputation but man I'll be honest i won't deal with this kind of exchange even if my coins happen to only have listed in this specific exchange. I keep telling people... Do not trade in new and unverified exchanges, while it's good to try out new things, this is not always the case in new exchanges because many of them has turned out to be scams and if you want to put any funds in them, it is adviceable to put only funds that you can afford to lose until they are verified by Coinmarketcap and have built a reputation for themselves.
We are almost in 2020 and it isn't nice to keep seeing complaints like this from people who should have known better, I know some friends that would probably fall victim to this as well, I hope it eventually ends well and they refill their coffers, we have seen bigger miracles happen before.

talking about the scam needs to require clear evidence to convince people not to trade on the exchange many problematic exchanges such as livecoin have been blamed for not processing a person's withdrawal but they clarify it, I suggest you attach strong evidence and bring some people involved in this case because 1 person cannot convince the crowd

I still don't believe in the scam view of this project because the team is still active in the group. Opening withdrawal is under probability don't forget that, given 21 days for maintenance sounds more like an excuse to buy more time, this is just my opinion, why maintenance have to last that long knowing there are traders who do transactions daily,

I also use BCNEX but for withdrawal I think there are indeed many problems, I once withdrawal ETH there, and it failed, I tried again for LTC and it worked, try to withdraw it aside ETH might be possible, ggod luckIf the exchange has sufficient funds for every coin or token listed on their exchange, you don't have to worry about to which alt you need your coin to withdraw. However, if you are in the position that you need to withdraw from them, you need to find best alternative options just to get out your money. It only shows that the exchange is not versatile and by all means, they should be avoided as you have no assurance that you will get your money back on time.

20 days is kind of long. There must be many accounts involved. But good enough that they are giving it a good attention.
Bcnex has turned from an exchange full of potential into a scam. It seems people are branding it now as a scam until proven otherwise. I do not yet agree on that scam label but the way they handle this they failed. They should release an official statement posted on their website, ANN thread, social media sites, medium, etc. They should even release a video if they wish to appear serious and professional in handling this incident.
20 days is the maximum. We'll wait if they will be able to accomplish everything earlier.

You must delete your topic discussion about BCNEX is scam where you unable for withdrawing your assets, how come with big exchange market like BCNEX become scam, maybe you use wrong address for your withdrawing because I have use this exchange many time and my withdrawing keep success, almost kind coins have withdraw there always success received in my wallet.
