i'm more comfortable with investing in bitcoin since i don't have many time to monitor prices at all times. altcoins may provide better profit but it's hard to predict which will do better and which will do worse. with bitcoin, i'm sure i am in good hands with a decent profit in the future.
bitcoin more suitable for long term investment.so it didnt need much time to monitor its price.and also bitcoin have strong fundamental although many people try to make it die.

Bitcoin will grow, but good growth will not be in a few months, but in a few years. Buy bitcoin and wait for the increase in the price.

It is important that you have enough money to buy two types of coin, in my opinion you should divide the amount into two to buy both Bitcoin and Litecoin. Both will increase before New Year.
the price trend is rising high before the new year, and then prices will decline after the new year. if you want to buy in large quantities then do it after the new year and the tendency is always repeated

Will the decision are depend on you of which kind of coins you should purchase before new year hits,but my advise you must rely on the coin market caps exchanges in order that your mind would brighten and you can choose of which coin now have a low price when you buy and become profitable someday when you sell it,but in my own its better to choose btc because it is the main source of all crypto coins,while in other hand i have no idea of having an exchanges to deposit us currency via banks or debt cards,otherwise its depend only to those country who regulate a cryptocurrency investment.
Personally I dont think it will be this year, probably not even next. I think about 5 years is a safe bet to assume that the market will have fully recovered from this. I mean we are already 9 months in and cant see any sight of improvement in future.
Anytime, any where and whatever Bitcoin will always be in the interest of the community.

i just bought some yesterday, i believe its the lowest price now,

This is the thing majority of people fear. See you took the start and even if you expect the least profit, at least you will earn profit be it little. but i could be wrong and will earn less till the winter comes
If the market responded positively, you might end up cashing handsome money. This can only happen if you hold your coins for long till a time when you feel you have achieved the goal. If so, invest again and this time with another plan and so on. This is the benefit of investing when the market is down.
The price of both coin already down more than 70% from the top price, and we can see the history price action since a few years, when the price going down to that much, that coin will be have potential to going up. You should only buy Bitcoin and hold them in the long run. At present, Bitcoin's price is $ 8k1 and you still should not buy it. I guess the crypto market will still go down next time, the price of Bitcoin will be 7k $ and that is the reasonable price to buy and hold in the long run.also what is the cheapest/free exchanges to deposit us currency via bank or debt card
