Op don't get too excited about bitcoin trading in a short time. There is no shortcut in trading and I found these reading candles and other technical terms of trading are myths. I have tried to learn bitcoin trading for a long time, but I failed and give up. I think there is others members who will also agree with me.

No member of the forum can deny the merit of BitcoinTalk to him. This is a public space, but unfortunately a very small percentage of crypto enthusiasts around the world are even aware of its existence. I mean compared to every ten of them at least, there are only lucky ones among them who heard about the forum or may have coincidentally had an account in it.
It is the largest platform for discussions regarding digital currencies, and whatever your interests are in the field of crypto, you will surely find the discussions that suit them.
I can understand your enthusiasm about being a member of the Bitcointalk forum, but it does not make sense for you to spread this enthusiasm just to write a post.

All we need is to search and find that information to became a knowledgeable. Also that's a good that you learn about wallets like Electrum, hardware and software wallets which is very useful interms of you want to store crypto. Just do what other said above that do not share your seed phrase as we all know how important it is.

It was from this forum a learnt how to invest in bitcoin and know much about cypto as well.

There are so many things that the forum has taught and helped one in achieving especially while constantly reading and commenting on people's posts,it is unarguably true that bitcointalk forum is more educative when it comes to trading.There are so many experienced people in the forum who are teaching and making posts out of experience in all the different boards.

Good that you have came to know about good stuff from the forum like Electrum wallets but the advice is to keep your funds in them and not use any centralised exchange for safety of your funds.For non custodial wallets Electrum is definitely a good choice but remember to keep your seed phrase safe at some offline storage.Just some add on tips on wallets choices for you.

But happy to see that this forum has benefited you in lot many ways but keep exploring more useful threads which can help you in more ways as it has helped lot of us who came here as newbie but now have good knowledge to share with others.The best part of forum is exchange of knowledge among each other.

The benefits this forum offers surpasses just Cryptocurrency trading and any other related services that you may mean. There is the benefit of community involvement which is also gotten here. Being a member of a community gives you a sense of belonging. Looks you come here in Bitcointalk forum not priority earn money trough joining bounties campaign but how do your push up your knowledge actually about many kinds of wallet from hardware, electrum until cold wallet. Each person have different reason why thy try joining in this forum and what benefit get later.

Trading cannot be learned in a short time, it takes several processes to do. There are many more complete references outside this forum. Studying technical analysis and also fundamental analysis is highly recommended. if you study it you will understand how the market works.

There is no doubt that bitcointalk is a great forum that teaches cryptocurrency and also other technologies.
Before I arrived this forum, I was thinking and approaching matters in a different level or ways but this very community unleashed one part of my life that I refused to use for a long time.
Above all this forum taught me how to be very smart and assuming I knew this forum before 2020, I wouldn't have fallen prey to numerous scammers that brought me down as of then.
This forum is now part of my life as I cherish it even more than my social media handles.

Thats one thing i love about this forum is that learning never ends no matter your rank here. I used to think there is nothing left for the higher ranks to learn that they’ve acquired the required knowledge until i saw a senior member rank asking for guidance here. In as much as you are willing to learn you will keep learning here, my little time here i have learned somethings here and there is still a whole lot i want to know about but i believe with time i will get there

That's good for you and congrats on what you've achieved.
Just give some more precious time spent here reading and reading those important threads that usually it's pinned on the top. It gives valuable information it's either on crypto or general information here in the forum.

When it comes to trading, it needs more technical stuff and I suggest don't rely on this forum, sometimes you need to explore outside or another source as needed. Books or e-books for technical and fundamental analysis might work well.

More reading than posting will give you more benefits.

Actually, you can also learn all these things from other channels and platforms like Youtube and article sites but forum discussion is better because of the many ideas coming in that weigh the pros and the cons of the subject, compare to other platforms where the author is the only one giving you the knowledge but here you have many members giving you what they know and their experience and it's up to you how to evaluate them and accept it.

I wasn't a good writer neither was I a good reader or listener but ever since my membership with the forum, alot of things have changed for good ln my life and one of it is the patience it has instilled in me and the fact that everyone has an entirely different opinions from another on same topic and it has also help me not to be sentimental in passing out judgements

You don't have to do so in the name of making a post... I understand that it's really hard to cope with the standards in here since you're just getting started, but I'm certain that you've gone - a lil - far from being REAL.
I was also wondering where you got a whole discussion thread about how candle sticks are being analyzed,etc..?? I would agree with you that you've learnt alot as you said, over the little time you've spent here, and if those informations have worked things out clearly for you, then it's a great deal that you got the forum as a reservoir of knowledge. We still have alot of people out there that trade Bitcoin but cannot do the least, technical stuff like signing a PGP.

Yes, if you feel you are benefited and already gain a good knowledge above things then yeah this forum is for you and people like you. I am saying this because a lot of portion of new comers are just come here to earn money by doing bounty or other task. They don't even know how the crypto work, even how to make transactions.

But you are too different from others. And trying to learn more avout crypto for what actually the forum was created

If you intend more information then this forum will provide it as long as you can search and explore further or ask something that doesn't yet exist about cryptocurrencies then here will be more information from various parties from their assumptions and still we should be able to benefit from them about the conclusion.

Use a wallet that has a private key or what is called a seed phrase because this will be completely under our own control, never put your hopes on the exchange about assets there, it will be more risky to store there.
But I'm glad to know you how to use hardware wallet and hot wallet.

I will provide more threads which are summarized in one thread by Ratimov, maybe this will be useful for you because there will teach you more, starting from beginners to being able to understand it.
