I cant think of any benefits with or from gambling....it has many many bad effects but yes if some one has learn early from that then that i can say a benefit from the gambling
So far, i have not yet heard that people are benefitting in gambling. Most of them are losing so there is not really gains but for some maybe, they may win once or twice and lost more. I dont see any positive side in gambling.
There's a positive side but only a little bit. All the good things you've got from gambling usually disappeared quickly yeah it's not last forever. Don't think overconfident like there's a chance for you to win after a losing streaks , you can have a good entertainment etc. it's just work for a while. if you see profit and loss wise yes you are right most of the people had a bad experience and not gained any benefits in this gambling. But some people will play for time pass and to overcome work stress i think they got benefited from this gambling in another way. So it depends on how you treat gambling.

The only benefit from gambling is when you don't have a social life at all and gambling in such circumstances becomes one of such activity. It becomes such in the sense that you start watching the game you have bet on for example and you go to watch this game in a club where you can socialize. A rare benefit is for professional tipsters who can make 5-25% profit monthly with their skills but this is not for common gamblers.
If you see it by all point of view, then gambling have some benefits. Gambling give us patience to bear the lose and face the risk, and control ourself from greediness. These all things which we learn from gambling, and the gambling have first and least benefit and that is it is a place where we can find fun and entertainment. Only if you can control patience when you are gambling using alot of money but most people will not be able to gamble using alot of money and be patient. The only benefit that someone could get is learning the truth that there are no fast way to be rich from gambling. Sure some people will be able to win but in the end alot more people lose
I don't know if gambling can be a benefit. Maybe it is a benefit to be a social gambler where the benefit is having fun making friends and sharing your gambling experience with them. This could be online and offline. I know some will argue that there is no benefit and it is a negative or destructive activity. I disagree.

I've been gambling for almost 10 years now, I used to be an addict to poker and other card games but now I do gamble Occasionally. Normally, If others heard about gambling they'll probably be saying bad things about it *which is a fact*. Though, based from my own experiences. Gambling do benefits me in a way, especially Mentally and Emotionally. Mentally, As a teenager who started to gamble at the age of 15. I don't care about losing, I don't value money. But as I grow, Gambling did really change my perspective towards money and decision making. I became more mature and I must say that I did enhance my strategic awareness. Emotionally, I must say that gambling did really control my temper. I don't why, but whenever I play poker my state of mind became so calm. Even after I lose or win I'm calm and happy. At the age of 19, I learn how to control myself. Mistakes are part of our life which really is good set back for a good comeback!.

There are benefits that you can take in gambling like when you are in times of need when you need money.I do not think there is any benefit at all by gambling around, first you need to have a lot of money to gamble, low bankroll will never let you win huge money. Second if you do not keep on playing you will tend to lose more than what you win, there is seldom people that winning back his own loss. But as long as you can accept your consequences I thibk you can play it and try your luck sometime

The only good thing that you can take from gambling are just lessons, and losses, of course.
But if you are with friends or just playing for money with them, i think that it is a funny practice instead of being in there just for "earning" some money.
There is a lot of people who will never understand that gambling is not for all, if you are very exposed to keep losing it all or if you are just an unwealthy guy, do not gamble, you will get more poor than what you are.

I wonder sometimes if gambling helps my money management. It could help make more rational decisions. Many losing bets are made on emotion rather than objective thinking. Greed is also a big cause of loss for me, which could help me to recognize and mitigate that. It also brings up interesting philosophical questions in terms of whether its moral to gamble and try to win *something for nothing*.

Drugs, alcohol, tobacco & many things society seems perfectly "ok" with can be more damaging than gambling. I think I wouldn't mind if my kids or people I know gambled, it could teach good life lessons.

You can easily double your money on gambling on the roullete, poker, and so on.. But you can easily lost it all in a second
There are more chances for you to lose your money instead of doubling it. The house is always going to win, no matter what, and there is no way to change that.

Based on my experience, I have never once benefited from gambling. If you get pleasure, that's for sure. because the gamble is for fun, not for profit.
It's always pleasure because we have to convince ourselves everytime we lose that we are just gambling for fun, it's a bad move if we seek for profit when we are not really making money because most likely we will lose more than what we expected. Being wise will help us enjoy in gambling as we will be able to limit our gambling activity which would only cost us a small amount of money.As for the result noone receive a benefit from gambling , yeaaa it is just another disadvantage in the end.

From the money point of view, gambling can give no benefits. Other than that, it depends upon individual how he will perceive the outcomes of gambling. It does not give any profits or lessons but a person with wisdom will take out something beneficial under all situation. When a person faces loss, he can either say or stand up. It is his decision. If someone gets control over his emotions, it is not gambling but his own skill.Most of the benefits points are here of gambling, every gambler has different benefit form others gamblers, and same here with me, I think the best point of benefit of gambling is that gambling give us entertainment and fun and people always greedy for fun, that the reason every gambler like to play gambling and get fun from it.
