Provided that they do not get too much addicted and want to make money from gambling only which in the end could mean losses in the long term .

It is true that the key is that we should not be greedy, because greed will only make ourselves sad. Always think calmly and when we win the game in gambling, we must be able to divide the portion correctly. When we can apply that attitude well then we can achieve benefits and of course we can collect money to increase the wealth and assets we have.

Majority would think that the benefit in gambling is when you can bag money.
This is not the case for some, for some people who have matured and learn their lessons in gambling, when they are so aggressive, it's their emotion that plays hard, and it's not a good strategy and I don't even all that a strategy. When we act based on our emotion instead of our mind, it will be a disaster in the end.

We can use the money for anything we want. But I think, as long as you can enjoy the game and you don't decide to spend too much money, then I think you get the benefits from gambling. Don't forget, when you win, you will have a will to continue the game, and you need to stop right away because it's not guaranteed to win in the next round. Ive been gambling for a long time. And have been through it all. Have won big, lost big and everything in between. After a period of losing more than one man should lose based on income. And evaluating myself as a person and gambler. And accepting that gambling is an addiction i came to the conclusion that the best way to both suffice the want to gamble and the thrill i had to allocate part of my earnings to spending on gambling by figuring it into my weekly/montly budget almost like a bill. Rather than get a paycheck pay some bills and degen the rest. I just made my a weekly allowance and viewed it as an expenditure.

Also the discovery of Bitcoin gambling a few years ago helped tremendously. As i can get some of the same thrill and play for a lot less as being you can bet fractions of a coin. Its helped out and i also have had some great wins from small amounts of crypto.

It's because gambling is about taking money from someone else - if it would be a sale of a lottery ticket for $1 then you might feel okay with it because everyone "wins" here (you get $1, the lottery company gets $1.50 for instance, and the buyer gets a chance to win millions and if not he just threw away pocket change).

But winning a lot is a different story, yes, you "won" a lot but it came from someone else who didn't want to lose it - that's the nature of gambling.

It seems you are counting chicks that still not hatch. Gambling is all about winning and losing but its always high percentage of losing than to win because the fact that every gambling bankers or site is design to win and to lose profit, so its a lucky that you can earn a big profit from gambling. I think the benefits of gambling is only to have fun to stay away from stress and pastimes to escape from being bored but limit must always at your side.

The only benefit of gambling is making so if you are gambling and not winning and always losing then i think you should step back. Others claim that they are able to get entertained but that i believe is a secondary benefit as compared to winning money.

Most people can be affected this way, but some people are benefited from gambling, like OP. If you start gambling trying to learn and worring less about money you can improve your mental skills. Gambling is very tempting, if you are able to pass a personal test like that (temptation), you are able to pass for almost any difficult and situation in your life.

Why do you want to gamble to improve your mental skills there are several other ways gambling surely works faster but there is no guarantee of it being effective you can even become a addict instead of improving your mental skills

Yes gambling will take something away from you before you can achieve those mental skills, you can have emotional breakdown in the process or even get addicted big time without any remedy so you better not joke with gambling when you're not ready.
