He's damn lucky man and it actually rarely happen to someone that gambles.
With his decade of experience I bet he's skillful and already mastered the art of gambling. I mean not everyone is lucky but despite of it they still gamble because they see it differently. Yes, not everyone does have the same fate with other lucky gamblers. It can't be denied that there are people who are taking advantage with gambling and they have their pretty good strategy so they are earning very well. being loose in gambling is not a benefit anymore and it is not enjoying also because you know that you loose ( not unless theres no money involved ). Not all people can posibly win and make a fortune in gambling therfore playing gambling does not give you any benefits, the only one who get benefits in gambling is the owner because he is the one that wins and not the player. iF you need real benefits then you need to do other valuable things.

I think people who have suffered so much due to gambling addiction also benefited from it because your real-life losses in gambling surely taught you a valuable life lesson you can never forget. It is up to the gambler, actually, as to whether he choose to learn from the negative experience. His own perspective on failures will be determinative of how well he can recuperate later on.

I get you when you thought no one has ever benefited from gambling but the owners. Nevertheless, you are just looking at the economic aspect.
