I think the best Altcoin is just ETH. Numerous individuals say that EOS and ADA are great, however now regardless they don't have any preferred standpoint. Despite everything I trust ETH!

The newbie should better start with top-100 coins or even top-10 of them. I would naturally recommend you to invest in Ethereum: it will be used on the market for a very long time. And it will grow.
