I have the full bags of QuarkChain because I know that project is the breakthrough! QKC will launch testnet 2.0 in few days with good working sharding thechnology and there is no blockchains with working sharding yet. The mainnet will be launched in Q1 2019 and it can be the Ethereum killer.
In 2018, I chose only Bitcoin and ethereum, I was afraid to invest in other coins because of the market.

Those coins that you have listed I think it is not worth buying now , and they are not much proved this year , I would only have highlighted eos, well, would take now for 2019 eth !

The whole crypto market this year is mostly bearish after bitcoin started fallin. Many of the coins are also experienced price downfall mostly due to frequent drops in the price of bitcoin. Ethereum is one of the most affected altcoins with its price now below $200 and still falling. In contrast, XRP managed to go up during the month of september with 67% increase and become one of the best performing virtual currencies along with xlm this 2018.
Perhaps of all the Altcoins, the most noise was around Rippl and Ethereum. And this is probably my two most beloved projects. On Ripple I managed to earn a little and lose a lot on ethereum.
Also believe in ETH. But I highly appreciate NEO and ADA. I think when the market will grow these coins will show themselves very well.

I bought LISK at $4 and sold it at $40. DAPPs cryptos are awesome, they are the future of crypto. Look at some cheap DAPP coins like TAU and DRGN. I would've suggested ICX but it is close to $3 now. TAU and DRGN will get there very soon.
I think EOS is the best altcoin for year 2018, many people fomo about EOS platform, it's the new ETH
This best altcoin for 2019 seems to be XRP and XLM it looks like the two altcoins have a very good development in the future especially in 2019.
