No one can tell for sure as people would be shilling their own coins, what I can suggest is you do your own extensive research before diving onto something as you might lose money from wrongfully entering a scam cryptocurrency. You can work your way as a start on the top 10-20 coins as they are mostly stable and have been favored by the crypto community, but they have a limited room for growth as most of these coins have risen up so much in price already. Lower cap coins are riskier in the sens that they still have to prove themselves yet but it's also the best coins to gamble in terms of growth. But as I have said, DYOR and don't invest blindly. One thing I can suggest for oyu to look at is DeepOnion. It's currently sitting at sub 100 coin raking in coinmarketcap.com, but if you take a look at the project, it's definitely an amazing one to start with.
