I think there are coins that are good enough to buy and save for a long time. there are waves, centra. iota, eth. depending on what you know. I personally keep the coins in my wallet.

You don't even need to buy nowadays. You can just join BTC2x airdrop (check out their website https://btc2x.io) and possibly make good money out of it. With uncertainties going on between choosing 2x vs BTC, why not have both with smarter, cost effective Ethereum platform. Roll Eyes

I would check out (i have an interest in) LTC, ETH, DASH, XMR, ETC, BCN, DOGE, BCC, and EMC. All great teams, whitepapers, they are solving problems, and have potential. But still waiting for the great ALT rocket to shoot back up post fork. We shall see, but it i'm pretty bullish on the ALT side and am looking forward to the up & up.

ethereum for sure this altcoin is for long term or maybe litecoin many recommended this altcoin for long term investment, I remember when I was new in cryptocurrency the litecoin price in april was $10 and now its $60, maybe this altcoin is good for long term investment.

Ethereums are stblished, big potential and one of the most used alternate cryptocurrency. And to keep it safe and not taking risk in big promising coins but not tested.
And also you said long term, it is the real key word for taking ethereum. Buy ethereum, it is the best decision to do.
