but also try to consider Ripple as it was cheaper now and may again take a jump in the sooner time like what XRP did for couple of times just this year alone.

Altcoins are not good to hold when there is a bearish market. Even the dumbest traders will send their funds to the stablecoins to make sure they don't lose the value of their holdings.

Taking precautions is what is necessary to do. Planing to profit in the next waves of bull market is when there is a bear market. It's when they execute the plans to accumulate more BTC thru the stablecoin. You'd be a die-hard altcoin fan when you hold an alt during bear market.

USDT? USDT is not an altcoin, but a stable coin, both are very different mate, why do you give USDT advice?,

I think it's generally not a good idea to hold cryptocurrency during a bear market. During a bear market, you need to enter dollar stablecoins.

EOS is rather performing quite poorly tbh, they got so many dollars for fundraising and it's not even reaching ATH in the most recent bullish market better choose something like Cardano where most of people also bullish

But, if we're speaking about a coin that everyone trying to hold it's BNB, so many people out there always try to accumulate BNB holding and maybe its gonna be more resilient amid bearish market if the people don't want to sell theirs, though the rugpulls could contribute to BNB dumping.
I just prefer ETH and ADA .

If a bear market comes it should be the Stablecoins that you are to be holding. Not any token that you hold would go back up sooner. A bear market doesn't just come overnight but slow so you get to have time to dump what you have and wait while holding stablecoin like USDT. If you have the stomach to hold tokens that you are staking, its your choice.

exchange coin exchanges like bnb and ftx are able to survive in the bear market...

Besides that, I also see that polygon, tron, and solana are worth holding during the bear market. I invested a few bucks in matic, tron and solana, it looks like all three are able to maintain prices in the bear market.

Pick BNB already good. It is a good coin but as long you buy it in low price. I think don't be hurry into altcoins and save fiat is good thing to do, when market look in a good condition to buy, then buy potential or maybe top coinmarketcap coins.
