Bitcoin core for me.
almost 30 GB space.

This is the only reason why online wallets are better. You don't have to carry any weight. I'm pretty sure it would be smaller if laxo didn't bloat it.

If you check the "most popular addresses" list on blockchain.info https://blockchain.info/popular-addresses, you will notice laxo haven't done much when compared with those on-chain gambling sites. Grin

Bitcoin core for me.
Even though the full block data takes almost 30 GB space, it has been running very stably.

If you are looking for a simple and secure wallet, consider using Ledger Wallet.
It is a hardware wallet, based on a secure element (smartcard).

Hello!  I have just started using Electrum and I find it works well, is user friendly, and does not need to download the entire blockchain to work.  Its very newbie friendly, but also has powerful features for more advanced users.

As for me, I've started to use Mycelium as my primary wallet for everyday purchases and now just using Coinbase as my exchange.

Blockchain.info for your daily bitcoin spending, anything else should be kept in cold storage. Best practice is to not store any coin on exchanges or online wallets etc

Circle.com also deserves a mention, looks like they provide insurance on deposits but I'd still be reluctant to store too many btc there.

I have been using Bitcoin core since the very first day.
It is very stable and your bitcoin is safe as long as your computer is free of malware.

hello,

I have heard that the Electrum wallet is the best for beginners because you don't have to waste time downloading the block chain.
