I got the wallet of roi do you pplmine solo there or to a pool?

If you are a cpu miner then solo mining won't get you anything unless you have a CPU rig or if the coin has just launched.

There are plenty of coins you can mine on cpu. Personally I still like Zoin and B2BCoin. I used to mine Myriad and Unitus on yescrypt as well.

why do i only get 280 h/s with an i7 mining zoin?
i get the same eith a ryzen , and dual core pentuim wth?

im using cpuminer 8.8.8.8 and the avx2 build

For solo you need a lot of hash power so you can mine a whole block (120 coins worth).
There are about 720 blocks per day, and about 1000 miners.

Currently mining ROI coin. Get it guys while the difficulty is low and Term deposit rate is high. Because later the difficulty will rise and the POS rate will decrease  Smiley

Hi, I am from India working in networking Job, here in India where electricity cost is the big problem and also cant buy many expensive GPUs, ASIC is very very costly for me.

I had 2 free old PC at home and 1 computer in office. somebody advised me to mine ROI-coin and its becoming profitable as prices are going up and community is growing. Today I joined their discord community and the development and community is sharing many knowledgeable things which I never knew.
https://discord.gg/PKxgk5A

now I am getting 29 ROI coins daily, 560 sat of each ROI coin. And then you can put the ROI coin for term deposit 600%. Their project is very interesting and worth mining. I have been mining ROI coin for past 3 months

Hey guys I'm looking to put together a resource thread showcasing 1 all CPU mineable coins // best CPU mineable coins and some guides on how to get started on them whether they're write-ups or videos etc.

For example all cryptonight coins (estimated w/ ryzen 1700 oc)

Biblepay is a CPU only mineable coin which I found interested.

Looking for all input!

Please take a look at Purk. A CPU and GPU mineable coin on Wild Keccak algorithm. ASIC resistant and optimised for CPU mining. No ICO, No Pre-mine, No Instamine.

Purk is an open source, private and untraceable cryptocurrency that monetises your content and provides almost instant, worldwide privacy protected payments with minimal transaction fees. Based on Boolberry & CryptoNote technology, Purk helps balance CPU, GPU and ASIC mining speeds, which encourages fair and equal distribution whilst providing extremely fast block verification times.

Not on any exchanges as of yet, but communication has begun. Rewards are high as its early days and we have a steadily growing number of users on board and supporting the project.

Most of criptonight coins will fork and already forked.
Once they wipe away those ASIC plagues, the profitability will increase.
Therefore, you can just picks as many coins that you think have a good future.
Except Monero. Yes it's a very good coin. The future is bright. But since they forked, a lot of band wagon from ETH miners joined and drive the difficulty into another level again  Grin

BiblePay (BBP)
- 10% mined coins always go to Charity (already sponsoring 200+ Orphans monthly)
- ASIC-Resistant like Vertcoin/Groestlcoin (CPU Mining Only)
- fork of DASH (Masternode Governance, Proposals & Voting), 10% Monthly Budget for IT/PR/P2P Live
- Proof of BibleHash (POBh) algorithm, All Nodes are Full Nodes

Launched July 23rd 2017, Market Cap $1-2 million

New CPU Cancer Research Algorithm released,
get rewarded for contributing CPU cycles to science!

Linux Mining Guide:

ALGORITHM: PROOF OF BIBLEHASH (POBh) ** NEW **

Biblepay really has it's own algo?? That's interesting..

Also, do the nodes generate income for the holder or are they just for voting??

The algorithm chains bible verses

Block Reward Breakdown:

10% Charity
5% IT (Software Development)
2.5% PR (Public Relations)
2.5% P2P (Orphan Letter Writing, Preach/Priest)
38% Cancer Research Mining
4% Proof of Work Mining
38% Sanctuaries (Masternodes)

We are doing everything we can to keep this coin CPU-mineable only. That's why we have a unique algorithm (PoBH) in which every node is a full node.

Besides that, we recently implemented Proof of Distributed Computing to keep mining as green as possible (90% of our CPU-cycles go to helping Cancer Research).

And we are actually sponsoring 200+ orphans each month. We just welcomed our third charity cameroonone.org and we're growing.

For more statistics see: biblepay-central.org

38% of BiblePay coins are rewarded to Healing and Curing with Distributed Computing
(**Contributing CPU Cycles to Science Research**)

- Rosetta@home
(Cancer, AIDS/HIV, Malaria, Alzheimer’s)

- World Community Grid
(Cancer, AIDS, Zika, Tuberculosis, Clean Energy, Ebola)

Even I see your calculator IPBC is a leader for now. At this moment I can`t see any competition.

@georat72

I have heard about IPBC earlier, but didn't know it is minable coin. Is this project using same algorithm as Monero? It says Cryptonote on the ANN thread... also it can be mined with GPU, so I don't know about it being the most profitable for CPUs.

Anyone tried to mine waltonchain with cpu? There is a cpu miner inside the wallet. I couldn't tried yet properly because after mobo bios upgrade everything turned out false with my small rig.

I tried but it wasn't working

Probably too much, network hashrate dropped 50% and it seems other 50% were coming from botnets and asics. By the way baikal is giving extra 4 bricks for free to each brick order.  Smiley

Back to my mining experimental days, I noticed users who has hash rates that can kick up to MH/s. So, its pretty true that Monero's network has been infested by Botnets all along. I thought it will only be 25 to 30 as most of its pool can easily detect botnet owners mining in it. Well, its still good news to hear this kind of development all along and with Baikal giving bricks so to make it up for honest miners, things getting much better.

Yes, sure, 520 H/s on 65w sounds a terrible deal, but, hey, that's how idiots work.

Anyway, I do mine Cryptonight Lite with Ryzen, you get almost 4x the hashrate with same power consumption.

But do tell me how to get 400 H/s on a Xeon e5645 stock, that's the first time I hear it.

200 is more like it....
Perhaps you're running 12 threads and trashing the cache?

If so, try limiting it to 6 threads instead of 12.

No, 6 threads only (12 Mb Cache)

Here is my cpu.txt

Code:
"cpu_threads_conf" :
[
    { "low_power_mode" : false, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 0 },
    { "low_power_mode" : false, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 2 },
    { "low_power_mode" : false, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 4 },
    { "low_power_mode" : false, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 6 },
    { "low_power_mode" : false, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 8 },
    { "low_power_mode" : false, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 10 },
],

But what I get is what I see reported for Xeon e5645 on Cryptonight. It's an old CPU, but it support AES, with 6 cores and 12 Mb L3 cache one should expect higher performance. It was a disappointment.
