Well, you are right, but then, this is not to say that sometimes or most times, the owner of a company does not contribute to an insider job, this I learnt in my country here with a company that claimed some of their employees had stolen customers funds and ran away, and for this reason, they are bankrupt.

Customers got really mad and cried to the government who then asked the police and military to thorough investigate what really happened, in the end, it was discovered that the CEO of the company conaived with some of his employees(the top executives) to steal customers funds and claim some insiders did it and ran away.

In the end, a scam Is always a scam, doesn't matter in what manner it was committed, what matters is that money was lost, and that makes it a scam.

sometimes it is very rare to see something like inside scam because the team might be very strict and conscious of workers and how they handled customers. Sometimes they do check feedbacks from customers and allow customers to rate there workers to checkmate their efficiency. We have seen many types of exit scam that had dupe many gamblers and players of there funds and still counting looking for new customers that would ignorantly register and deposit on their sites so that they can steal from customers.

Am sorry to say that a casino cannot have an internal problem and yet remain that faithful in returning back your funds to you, if you're not convinced yet about this, you can have a look on the way exchanges do, once they get knocked down, investors funds go along with them, except if a gambling platform has only a minor issue that may not be as a threat to their operations or reputation.

Yeah we have hard a couple of cases recently where the casino collapsed or run into exit when there be an internal attacks, this attacks mostly are carried out by the backend developers who have access to gamblers funds and could make any transaction from the casino got wallet, this have been the major sources of attacks for most casino and recently one of such cryptocurrency casino that fall victim to such insider attacks is betnomi.

Until recently that the team came out to give official statement, if not No one could have known that the attack was an insider job because all the while we all thought that the team just exited the market and scammed everyone involved, but until their recent statement now pushed us to another direction entirely.

It is pretty weird that you'll be able to easily create another account without interaction like it happened automatically, probably because you have allowed it or you just accidentally clicked it but did you bother to contact support? As you still have balance on it? Probably they will lift it if accidentally you've created another account unless you've deposited an amount on it or had transactions on it as multi-accounts are prohibited by some casinos.Just try to contact support as they may listen to you unless you've violated their terms then you have no chance.

I liked Casino500 and Roobet.

Did you even bother contacting their customer care concerning this issue, what did they say? Atleast, they should have given you back your money.

I asked via their email support, because until then I didn't known the reason for my ban, after waiting a day I got reply that I broken their terms by opening multiple account with same device.
I said it was a mistake because google auto signed up on another browser. but after waiting 1 more day they sent me long list of KYC.
I didn't had the information they had asked for like deposit id or something which I am able to get when I am logged in into the account by my account was banned so didn't able to log in.
some of the documents they had asked for are not available at the time.

Did you even bother contacting their customer care concerning this issue, what did they say? Atleast, they should have given you back your money.

The simple reason is that they don't care.

Customer support is crucial in casinos and even if disputes weren't eventually resolved, one would still say that they show concern which makes it one of my priorities in selecting my casinos and other trading companies. I recently dropped a post about them on the Scam Accusation section of the forum, and if you are conversant with that section of late, you would realize that BC.Game is the most alleged casino right now. This is one of the reasons I believe they don't just care.

I don't blame them, I blame the weak regulation in the world of casinos, if not, a claimed duly registered and regulated casino should be facing a serious fine by now for many of the ignoble acts being perpetrated in the industry. There should even be a special industrial court for all these where people could file complaints cheaply and get justice.

I also do like this most of the time, when I see something happening bad or user complaining about a site, then I just skip it.
Also if I seen too many red review/low star reviews of the site, then too I skip it. I play on very few sites with kyc done.

It's just a simulator. It will simulate how the dice game works and give you the results of the x bets you could make. It doesn't mean you will get the same results when playing the real game. It's only helpful when you need to test a strategy and see how profitable it can be. Think of it as playing a game on demo mode.
Those calculators do not give you any advantage. As I said they are used mainly for testing purposes.

Best thing to do but surprisingly there are really still those people who do really ends up on dealing with those new or not known sites specially newbies or even to those old ones because they do miss out on making some research first before they would be depositing. They would really be just that realizing on things when its already too late.Just let them be and let those people be able to taste up into those steps that they had made out because carelessness would really be leading up to disaster and if you are someone who dont mind much about the risks and make out some direct
deposits without even trying to make some research or confirmation first then you are really that likely to end up on having some issues like this one once you do put up yourself

I reminds me of the crypto exchanges back when the shitcoins were all over the place and all ICOs were kind of succesfull no mater how crappy the team and even sometimes with full sets of fake members like the famous "penis" exit scam of the Symmetry fund and others like that. I do not see why casinos cannot be different you know, it is just human stuff.
