@holydarkness I’m curious on how do you get screenshot of Betnomi license? It’s from the original website right? Tried to access Betnomi website now but it’s not accessible anymore to confirm the details that you provide.
No, not exactly from "original" website, but yes, it's from "original" website. It's the
archived version of the original, courtesy to
waybackmachine.
Small tips: if you're looking about a website that's no longer accessible, or how it looks like few years before, there is a chance waybackmachine automatically crawled them [suppose someone didn't happen to manually archive the website] and have an archived version of them, thus can show you the information you seek that's otherwise no longer available. It helps me from time to time to see what a [scam] website used to be before they're purchased, changed hand, and redesigned to scam the forum.
I think @stayzor is looking for exact Betnomi license number maybe for a potential case against this casino for leaving user behind.
Does Curacao license really have a power to punish casino that went rouge?
Ok, I'm officially confused here. Are we talking about "Curacao license" as in master license holder [GC, CEG, Antillephone, CIL] or the registry office?
The extent of the former would [I think] limited to revoking the license of a casino if they're found guilty, of which a legit casino would perceive them as a very severe punishment and will do their best to adhere to the ruling made by the master licensor, but no longer has power over betnomi as they... well, suppose it hadn't already, I believe sorsis won't mind much if his betnomi license get burned and revoked.
The extent of the later will be stronger, though require people to exhaust a more extensive effort as well, through pursuing legal suit, by binding the entities to Curacao Law.
