Crypto Poker Club seized two players' poker balances and cited collusion as the reason.
Here is a video about the situation including the emails back and forth
https://youtu.be/S_Fjvgf4qhgThe emails from the site seem brutally unfair to me. As the video states, it feels like something either very shady or very stupid is going on here.
Is there a Crypto Poker Club representative who would like to comment?
Hmm, they don't seem that unfair to me, if he was really caught using the same IP and sitting at the same tables at the same time, etc, it looks really guilty to me, of course there is no way for us to know whether that's the case or not unless the casino decides to show proof or the user in question has some counter evidence.
hi
im uri's friend and the other party accused of gaining an unfair edge.
so just to make sure, we are two separate people, were living tens of kilometers apart from each other, so either they have a very faulty ip identification system or something shady is going on.
uri and myself we have played most of our sessions apart from each other.
and even if the claim of same ip and same time of play are correct (which they are not!!!) how is that a proof of any wrongdoing other than playing at the same location at the same time?
we have often played on numerous networks like pokerstars or winning poker network which are far bigger and have far superior security system and have never been accused of any wrongdoing.
because pokerstars has a networth of 4.8billion you can't really compare their security with this sites
wpn is shady to begin with and i doubt they care as long as youre generating rake and not abusing promos, if that's not good enough wpn has wrongly accuses players, so has almost every other gambling based business.
these security systems aren't perfect, but imo i feel better about the site knowing they take security seriously.
You also don't need to be using the same ip for collusion, ((like you said you wasn't))
And they didn't randomly ban just you 2, that happen to know each other, you most likely got reported by players (not that hard to spot) and they reviewed your hand history.
Your post only makes you look more guilty with these claimsYou most likely was cheating and now you're both complaining because your funds was frozen.
