Keep majority on BTC, the rest split on strong altcoins like ETH, WAVES, NEO, and if u like doing research u can invest a bit on ICOs.

I would suggest:
  • 50% BTC
  • 15% ETH
  • 10% WAVES
  • 25% Interesting ICOs

Good luck !!  Wink

Try buy boscoin at the end of this month boscoin launch their token net and the main net will launch at q1 2018. I thinm it is the good time for boacoin and the price also will be 100x when the main net launch. When token net launch the price in my prediction will be 30x ico price.

right now I'm buying Artoken, this ICO has just started https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ico-sale-ar-artoken-by-cappasity-decentralized-arvr-ecosystem-for-3d-2316185
really promising one!
I have not heard about it yet and the only promising ICO I my sight is Confideal. Now a days we have so many investment options that it actually becomes difficult to choose the best among them. That is the reason why I like to stick with the old ones which have actually show their strength.

The best crypto is bitcoin. It is an extraordinary digital asset that is capable of doing extraordinary things. In altcoins, I have always preferred Ethereum over others.

Hi - Newbie here..I would like to put down 1000 USD next week.. What would your advice be to me?

I suggest and I propose to that choose bitcoin because this cryptocurrency does have a high value and high payer and number one cryptocurrency of all cryptocyrrency and bitcoin leads and the first of all. Like right now bitcoin was continuesly increasing values because of the investor trusting bitcoin so why we dont trust bitcoin if many investor trusting that cryptocurrency.

XEM and WAVES

Waves and XEM are two of the good coins that you can buy now and earn profit later. But there are no quick pumps for these two coins. However, you are assured of a good profit after some months of holding. Unlike some ERC20 based tokens that have some pumps made every once in a while, the growth of these two coins are very natural and without much unnecessary hype.

You can try buy this kinds of altcoin like waves , ethereum , komodo, lisk, taas , qtum , monero, litecoin , zcash ,dash coin and for sure if you have you will earn a lot of profit in the future because that coin is a potential base on my own research. But if you want make a eresearch first so you can know what coin is the best to invest to grow your bitcoin..

There are so many altcoins to choose from, growing ICO pipeline is making that a bigger problem! You need to first come up with your risk appetite keeping your long term goals in mind. Most ICO's are bound to fail but some that survive will provide investors great returns in the mid to long term. While none of us have a crystal ball, it is imperative investors do most their own research, look at alternative data-sets that can help model risk investing in specific ICO's. At Securecoin Capital, we believe our proprietary understanding of an ICO's visible/invisible cybersecurity hygiene is one such data-set Smiley LEARN MORE @ http://securecoin.capital/cryptohygiene

You must buy bitcoin first that is the best coin to buy now wait for it to fall hard. The weak people will sell their coins and than you can buy it easily. I made some profit by doing this.

If it starts to rise very high wait a little bit okay? Make sure its at its highest potential if you do that you can make a lot of money by doing this method.

Beautifully described, but enough was to write "buy low, sell high" Cheesy
I'm not sure about that BTC price will go more down. I keep 50% in BTC and 50% in altcoins - just for any case Wink
At this moment im buying Syscoin, but also ETH and LTC looks like a good investition right now.

Buy Bitcoin. 50% must consist of money in it. Otherwise, then you have to buy a very expensive BTC. Well, as well as the ETH. Otherwise, you have to pay gas expensive ether Wink
