Crypterium seems to be the best candidate rather than other ico. as you can see many people already joined in the crowdsale and this is the best time to participate in the crypterium crowdsale.
Another just like leverj or quantstamp can become competitor to the crypterium too.

Idex is best ICO in November. I think investors will not doubt because the project is live. Idex is ethereum token marketplace similar to etherdelta. Idex is live project. It sell DVIP token, Idex also release aurora token for bounty hunters. DVIP token worth 1/3000 USD. I think it is expensive token but IDex good project.

For me the best ICO is Electroneum for this year. Unfortunately was ended so i can recommend you Ripio, very good for me.

Nothing to make sure what is best ICO. But i have some rule to invest 1 ICO:
1. They had real product already (best recommend)
2. The dev team is clear
3. Road map is clear also
4. White paper is not important. Just some text on a paper.

I really recommend for real product.

Maybe SocialX. It will be a social media network for pictures, videos, live streams and messaging. Zk-snarks will be used to enable private communication. There will be likes and superlikes on SocialX and content that gets superliked will be rewarded with SocX tokens (SocX tokens will be easily exchangeable on exchanges for e.g. eth, btc...). More superlikes any content gets, more SocX tokens as a reward. And those reward tokens do not come from people that superliked content, but from SocialX platform (like on Steem platform). Every user will get limited number of completely free superlikes for a time period (probably daily). Think of it as a crypto-instagram of some sort.

The best has to be dimensions network, it is a trading platform like binance, where the token holders get a 15% share of the fees from the platform.
Far too many ICO with no plan to return anything to token holders these days.
