The only ICO that I am putting my trust in is Confideal. Though it has to start in next month but a lot many people are talking about it and no one has found any scam signs yet. COSMA is also a good ICO but I have no idea about Play Key. However, I am going to invest in Confideal and will suggest the same to anyone who will ask my opinion in this matter.

I joined Comsa, but IDK what the hell are they doing? On pre-sale something like 1 week the website was lagging so hard, after the ICO many people doesn't find the coins the bought in the dashboard. And still some of them didn't receive them. Seems like very hyped ICO with not so dedicated team indeed.

I can suggest you Confideal, but they will start ICO in November. I check it in my scam indicators, and I think this projects can't be scam. I hope, because i plan to invest in. Very understandable idea, good team and background, demo version of products..looks good

In my view Crystal Clear Service (CCS) is the best for this month, they successfully finished the ICO and also they are working really have to be on the major exchanges, though the price dumps a bit but we all know this is the usual scenario when ICO get listed. I am still looking forwards for the ICO of U-trust and also the signature i have now is Gameflip, i know this two will succeed on time.

I will be correcting some of your choice but it seems earthtoken and playkey are not included in the best ico in this month and i can say snip already included in the best ico, eidoo and the latest great ico just like cryptopay.
