No can say or no one knows until when is the price of bitcoin will keep rising. It is up to you how you can manage your emotions for holding it. How long are you willing to hold it. We must remember that greediness always give bad result. If you are afraid that it might drop any moment and it is the maximum price of bitcoin it can reach then you can sell now your bitcoin.

It depends on the country where this were to happen, in my country if someone enter your property and start to live there without your permission it may take up to 3 years to get them out, and since all the utility bills are in your name you are losing money every month.

He may kill himself. But is the true story?$650 was the price at the short time after halving was coming. Moreover, in this period the price stable at $770 - $780.
But it seems like a lot of the people was selling their bitcoin if the price was doubling for his profit.
Because the volatility of bitcoin and it was enough for giving some benefit especially about doubled our capital.

Who is spending bitcoins now in big amounts will regreat later, the price will increase much yet.
For me it's not time to use bitcoins yet, it's time to store savings and wait for the good times coming soon. We can't say certainly when it will be, but be prepared for it anytime. When the price was around 200$ you considered a sucess, and now many people consider 700$/800$ a sucess, so think in the future what will happen.

As majority said, i myself also agree that altcoin trading is much profitable than any other investments because its movement is fast and if ever trend falls successive then it rises and rises all the way in along run. But don't be easily get fooled of those untrusted sites sending pm's to you offering nice investments without proof because that maybe fall you into trap of ghost investments, thats why i am prefering this trading of altcoins because of its nice reputation. One important thing to do before you trade is? Read, understand and learn.

real estate business is a tough one and even buying it is hard to make profit. and it always changes based on the country you live in and the inflation rate and many other factors that affect this market a lot and there are always times that the market is down and you lose money if you enter it.

in other words it is not so much different from investing in other things, and you should not enter it without proper experience because that would lead to big losses.

Nope, A lot of the decision was guaranteeing by the financial institution. The government was working on the background, and every transaction was getting monitored by the financial institution. But in this way seems like there is more guarantee for whom wanna buy a property.

Simply because people just love to talk about investments in real estate and how profitable they are, but you will hardly find anyone here who is actually heavily engaged in this activity (apart from buying a house or an apartment to live therein). I mean genuine real estate tycoons, and not some random guy selling the house of his deceased farther for bitcoins. What would they be doing here? In any case, they would not talk about how profitable real estate is unless they were going to sell a piece of real estate to somebody

It is true that buying property need a lot of procedure and need so many document, but it is worthed, buying property is a good investment for future, if nobody want to buy or rent your house you can live inside and you can passed it to your children, and with the growth of human being in the future land will be limited, so the property price will keep on rising, but as you said the return profit is kind of long, so it is only suitable for a long term investment
