If you are into Erc20 wallet then Mewconnect is the most secure and easy to use. Now that metamask will launch its mobile wallet it is also a great choice as it is one of the safest erc20 mobile wallet out there. But, Monarch wallet and Ethos would be a great alternative.
I would trust only Coolwallet S. It is an app for IOS and Android with a special card. You need this card to login, so it is more secure for example when you loose your phone.

I don't know, I already use so many mobile wallet such as coinomi, freewallet, enjin, trust wallet and the other.
For general, I think coinomi is the best but since I already not using coinomi anymore, I don't know if they already support bep token or not.

I think trust walle because it supports multicurrency and also some special wallets like wallet for erc tokens and binance chain tokens, and coinomi I think is good to for multicurrency wallet and I still use it.

I used the following universal mobile wallets : Trust wallet, Imtoken and ATOMIC wallet. All have been extremely cool so far. I also use blockchain wallet for Bitcoin, ICONEX for ICX, TRON wallet for TRX , 03 Wallet for NEO, LOBSTR for XLM. All have been great so you can check and download some if need be. For universal wallets, incase you don't want to download many, just use Atomic wallet.

I wouldn't trust a mobile wallet if I were you. It's unsafe. It is better to keep the funds for a hardware wallet. Then you do not have to constantly worry about their safety.
Myetherwallet is one of the most I trusted since I was starting crypto, but for now in the most often situations that I could use mobile phone; I used to have trust wallet as my best mobile wallet. the best crypto wallet for me right now is the trust wallet why? because it supports ERC-20 tokens and ERC-721 token which very convenient to me right now due to the reason that i was target tokens more on coins holdings

I am not sure how you believe this wallet among all the cryptocurrency wallet. There are many wallets where you can access your funds with your access alone. Keep your funds on private key secured wallets.
I do not recommend to use mobile wallet for big amount of cryptocurrencies. When you loose your phone, you can loose your access to ryptocurrencies or someone will rob you.
For over a year I have been using imtoken wallet for storing my ERC 20 tokens but recently I have been seeing reviews on trust wallet and I think its also a great one to try out.
