There are a lot of options, but most importantly, what you need to understand is the transparency of the project itself and an interesting idea of the project that could really improve the situation with the projects, because in the case of not interesting projects, nothing will turn out.
The best way is to do everything possible in promoting the project. The most important is that the project should be solid and its team too. Having articles and ads in social media and in this forum is a big help. Attending some tech and crypto gatherings and conferences is a must too.
I think that promoting the ICO only on ANN in this forum will not be so effective. Here, in my opinion, the promotion of ICO should be on some ways. They are likely promoting on some social media networks, community channel likely the telegram group. More important, I think the team need to promote offline in some profitable countries.
