I think ANN thread or ads in social media. Airdrop and bounty is not good to promote ICO projects because have many cheaters.
In your opinion which is the best way to promote an ICO at initial level to create buzz? Do you think Ann threads are enough for that and how much is the role of bounty campaigns in that?
I think bounty is the best way to promote an ico, especially from social media. With bounty prmotion everyone will know about that project, i think the role of bounty it's very big for the project. ANN threads are effective for sure. But i am not sure about bounty campaigns. There are so many bounty hunters they open useless social media accounts to get more free tokens. A more professional advertising strategies are a must for icos.
If running a project with Bounty it is also very effective, because there are also many participants who join, including ANN, other media suggested through ANN are also very helpful to develop the ICO to be built. But all of that depends on the participants to be more diligent in developing the ICO. 
Bounty campaign is an excellent means to do the promotion. As a social media campaign, every participant has a facebook and twitter. Many more understand promotion when the ad promoted through social media. Social media has a very large network. And so this promotion can attract the attention of investors.
And much effectively in forums like this. Other media, like facebook and twitter, are equally effective yet your audience varies widely. More or less, they aren't familiar with bounties. So promoting a campaign through forum like this is much effective as your target audience do have ideas in crypto and possible ico's being promoted.
because the scope is still in crypto, then it would actually be better if promoted by using the forum in crypto. and I am sure that in the forum bitcointalk is the best. Thus, it's no wonder if more frequent allocation of the signature campaign was the greatest.
In my opinion, ann threads alone will not be enough to promote an ico because it will be less competitive with other ico, now most ico make various campaigns on social media, such as article campaigns, video campaigns (usually on YouTube), Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram campaigns. and also the signature campaign, but an ico does not have to hold all of these campaigns sometimes there are also ico whose campaigns are only two.

There are many ways to promote the project or ICO. available on facebook twitter and signature campaign. but I want you to have a better signature because it's easier to find out what your project is promoting.

The social media is still the best way of promoting ICO. The ANN thread is effective. If the project is real and genuine advertising it will not be difficult. Facebook account and twitter go along way in promoting the ICO.
the best way to advance an ICO project that is very effective is to use an inter-country seminar method, because in general people who will invest with the ICO that we promote are more understanding and the same is the case with stock investment. while the bounty campaign only plays a role in online media which only plays 20%.

The best way as far as i am concerned, to promote an ICO in this crypto space is through bounty campaign. Bounty is very much effective, in the sense that your project will be able to reach so many audience. Most bounties i have seen bounty hunters support tremendously, the project usually succeed. Even after the ICO, it will continue to receive patronage and adoption.
