Almost missed this. Seedboxes are good Smiley. Great site thanks!
Thanks Smiley

Should fix the display after hitting the delete torrent button.

Also, I don't know if it's just me, but the response from the site seem a bit slow\delayed.. is anything can be done to make it faster ?
Hello,
Yes it looks like that there is a small bug with design, I will check it.

For the speed, can you tell me your country please ? (you can send me a PM if you prefer to not say it here) So I can try to see why.
But we are using cloudflare to optimize speed, I can search a bit there is always many things to do to make a website faster.

I have a "feature request". Obviously, it's up to you, it's you who will decide if this actually helps and worth it.
But sometimes, some torrent titles are... not really safe for work  Wink and maybe people would like to see the displayed name of a torrent.
Thanks.
It's a weird request but I can think at a solution for it Smiley

I've been using for a few days and everything works fine MonkeyCoin11. Fewer small problems that some users have already told, everything is perfect. Do not forget the translation into several languages  Wink and thanks for your work.
Thank you Smiley , we are improving every day and most of problems start to be fixed, thanks to all of you ! Smiley

I am located in New York... it's not letting me download it at all. It will either say Zipping and then time out or just time out. I am unable to retrieve the file.

I tested the peering and it is bad but it should not give you this error.
Send me a PM with your email address and I will give you a direct to download.
I will investigate the issue right now

That can't be right..  Undecided

Damn, you discover our secret high speed hack Shocked ..... It has been fixed, thank you Smiley .

The torrent was in a paused state (and no way to put it into an "ended" state), so the Download link was not there.  Now that (I presume you?) it has been put into an ended state, the download link is there.

But downloading large files over HTTP is not the most efficient thing in the world... would be better if there was an (S)FTP type option.

We will look at this, but we have to code our own ftp server, we can't use traditionnal one such as vsftpd or proftpd.

While I have the download link, I'm unable to download the torrent. Clicking the download link says "Contacting the server" in the browser, then it eventually times out to Cloudflare.

Sometimes it will say zipping, but that never goes away. In all cases, it eventually times out and I am not able to download the torrent.

Time out is really not normal, can you tell me where are you located in order to see if it could be the reason of a bad peering ?
We have experienced some downloads issues, we will try to reduce these bugs but their origins are a bit obscure with the information we receive.
We are doing our best actually.

Have you tried right-clicking the download link? (not a guaranteed fix, it worked for me earlier for some reason) Smiley
Right-click has nothing to see with it, it's just because you give enough time to the server to prepare the download when you did it Smiley

I'd gladly pay for those speeds Cheesy but I'm sure it's just a graphical bug or something in the script Smiley

MonkeyCoin11, after some AFK time\logout by the site for some reason(like an update..) when I hit refresh page I get a blank page and instead of the "https://www.bananaseed.net/index.php?page=Torrents" I need to go to https://www.bananaseed.net to be able to enter the site, a redirection to the login page is needed once the account logged out..
Even if you try to go to https://www.bananaseed.net/index.php?page=Torrents and you didn't login before that you get a blank page instead of the login page.
Yes, it's maybe a better idea to redirect, I will add some redirection to avoid blank page this night on update.
Thank you for suggestion Smiley

For the zipping, a torrent is zipped when there is more than one file in it, depending on his total size the zip process can take some times.

That's absolutely normal. But at that point the status should have been "zipping", not downloadable imho.
Maybe should not even show up anymore in the "active" page.

Thank you for your report Smiley

Don't stop to eat bananas please Smiley

Thank YOU.
Yes you are right, and this bug has been corrected in part. Now when a torrent is ended in active torrent, you still see it but his statue is "Ended" and the zip process is update automatically Smiley

Looks like I found a small bug.

Both of my torrents are stopped (done downloading, not seeding atm), but when i hit "Download", I get this:

"Torrent not found"

tried logging out & in again but no luck Smiley

EDIT : right-clicking the "Download" button & "Save Target As..." works for one of the two now... Smiley

EDIT 2: worked for both after a few tries.
Hello,
I am gonna check what happened, even if it's worked it an issue
