When we've got more and more trusted gambling websites, what's the need of using untrusted platforms. I encountered similar thing with a wallet service provider. Years back wallet named bit.ac was into usage with much user friendly interface. Quite often the site used to go under maintenance, finally beyond certain point it went completely shut. I lost 0.15btc, and learned not to prefer untrusted platforms anymore.
For the most part newbies do not know better, they do not really use bitcointalk to find out which casino has been around for years, they use social media to find a casino, exchange or online wallet and they end up trusting people that are there to promote their own website or are being paid to promote a dubious website, and they eventually fall into this scams and they do not understand how it could have happened and only then they come to the forum asking if they can get their money back, something what we know is very difficult if not impossible.

You got a point which is indeed do happen most of the time.If ever newbies do tend to make a research and if they do able to look at on this forum then most of the time they will surely just reject nor neglect on what people been telling on this forum and as said they would rather believe into those commons and sentiments that they do able to read up in social medias. They would only just  realized to come back and tell to  themselves that it is indeed true when they already had been scammed. When it comes to gambling sites becomes scam then this isnt new neither they do experience problem or simply they do just tend out to scam.
So its not always ideal to leave your funds on a platform.
There are numerous cases about social media scamming from well-known SMM groups but the influencers are getting paid to promote the bookies for adding more revenue. Youtube scammers have the 10 thousands of followers and their single video has a higher chance to reach audiences rather than a single thread on forums. Twitter is another perfect place to collect victims or get referrals. In other words, success is for everyone there but sadness belongs to this forum. Facebook scams are outdated but only a few guys fall to the traps created by fake-egg profiles, that is the main reason why scammers love to buy the cheap local crypto groups. Everything is perfectly simple but we-humans like to make complicated.

Actually  more of my country men earn lower than that for a year if I calculate it right. The cost of living is very low that's why the salary they give for employees  is also lower.

Business is  other alternative  job they do you can  even a start a small business  for a capital 0.1 that's enough capital for small business  in my country other use lower than that.

you should have new threads that disccus about your country yearly earning, this topic is not topic that used to discuss earning on your country, its been  out off topic already
i hope you will not continue the reply thanks.

Agree with you, at least those newbies will not be scam anymore and we have to thank OP for sharing this to the forum so everyone who reads it will know.

The instant withdrawal and NO KYC of this site is very attractive, but they also instantly disappear taking the money of their gamblers, how much more if this site is offering a bankroll investment, it should be worse.

OP has done the right thing he should also open a scam accusation in the scam section so more people will be aware of this, even if he cannot change what happens this is a big lesson for him and a big warning to people that only deal with trusted and those gambling sites that's been running for a long time.
Yes, it serves as a big lesson to the gamblers. Importantly as we don't know the team authorities there is chances for the same team to come again into gambling with a new name. Once again they gain trust and run away with what's been got out of the gamblers. We need to be secure in all the possible ways possible when everything is happening online.

I dont think that opening a scam accusation can change the results. Moreover, OP is not really active on the Forums and I doubt that he would spend his time making a detailed report about this casino. Well, being cautious while gambling on the Internet is really important. You can never know when they will turn against you and run away with your money

yeah i know that open scam accusation will not change anything but atlease beginner or newbie guys on this forum will learn from his mistake to not deposit or stay the fund on website that already give sign that they gonna take off the services.

Its not all OP's fault. Dont blame him like that since he is the one who lost a huge amount of money. 0.3 is really big, even to a guy like me. With 0.3, we could easily buy 2 newest Iphone. Time will definitely heal you.

am i looks like blamming him? if you think so, you are totally wrong, im just leave reply for him to be aware in next time to deposit big amount of the fund even the website already giving the sign off their scam. looks like you are misunderstanding my reply mate.

I use BetBit Casino quite frequently. I have known the site to go down at random times and come back after a few hours.

It has been down now for 2-3 days and I am concerned it's just gone.

I had about .3 btc on there so it would be a shame if I lost that.

Does anyone have any information about this?
When you already knew that their site is not good and does not offer a good performance to the users it will give you a hint that it may close and will go. This is why I never leave any balance to an online casino and I never trust easily. Actually, your post conveys an awareness also to others to be very careful in using and play a game online. Our responsibility to always check if they have a license to operate and if they have also good reviews.

This should really be needed to take care of those people who always left a balance on certain casinos especially if the casino doesn't have any good reputation at stake, Maybe this is another simple reminded to the gamblers that we need to take this seriously since there are many sites which are doing this. That's why we should play according on what we can afford to lose and always withdraw the funds at the end of our game.

its really bad for you still keep your fund on that gambling website even the website already down for multiple time and went back online, 0.3 btc is really big amount that you can use to buy food for a several month. just visit the website now and same result, the website is totally down and cant be access, i think you should open scam accustion for this problem because their website has offline until now since you post it.

You can even live and use that 0.3 BTC for a year in my country it's a whole year salary for a normal employees .I feel bad to OP since it's a huge lost I can even take if I were in his situation. Its big lost but he need to accept that it's gone and the only thing we can do now is to open scam accusation so that website will never have anymore victim after his lost.
0.3BTC for a year salary?that is very cheap living mate and i can't imagine how to live having that amount for the whole year.

i think if i have that amount ?i would rather use the amount to open business and make a good living.
Some countries with poor economy, they don't require a high standard of living, one can live with that amount in a whole year but basically that would not mean living a comfortable life, anyway, I'm sure OP can afford to lose that amount of money he is gambling, its just unfortunate it was scam.

i will never spend all that amount for gambling or just to use for living,

the world needs right treatment.

and Money can make it go round lol.

You, me, and he, we have different way of spending our money, it might be big to you and to others but for some, it's  just peanuts.

What they are doing in the past days, shutting down for a while, and then it turns back again. This a sign already that their existence is near to die soon.
This very unfortunate and this could be another exit scam story.

It seems so hopeless to see them back again, they have scam people already and surely they never bring back what they get from them. This how they ruin the image of gambling, they'll supposedly not be here and people should also never give trust but many were still get reck and become a victim.

Sorry for your loss but it seems the company Made an exit scam and the sad part is all your crypto are gone with them and all of the gamblers who use to trust them.

This serve for you as lesson not to  trust Gambling site that has no vouches specially from here in crypto community when there are tons of gamblers playing from here.

Next time use most of the advertised casinos here for safer playing.

accept the loss and move on.

this why i practice my self to not store coins inside a casino online and i dont care if its a new or trusted casino because the place is online and hacks are inevitable  .
And also i find no reason why we need to store our money inside casinos or even in exchangers.
when  there are so many cases in past and until now that this kind of scenario is happening.
vouches are not a proof of a site that is legit because anyone can give a vouche.
There are tons of fake vouches and reviews going on,that is why we must not trust them that much.
its also the op's fault because he said he knew that sites often got down times . by that i would be scared and will try to withdraw as early as possible and do investigations before possible scamming happens .
Exactly he has already experienced the Ups and Downs of this site yet he Continue to support and even leave His money inside.

This is the reason why i don't really trust gambling site that is not being advertised here in this forum.
i don't mean all sites outside this forum are scam but at least there are no assurance.

Look at this site who runs 3 years  yet end up scamming?

Sorry for your loss mate but this is how the world goes.Victims are always there .

I'm sorry to say that your holdings might be real gone. It is just unusual for a gambling platform to simply shut their system while they hold other people's holdings. It is indeed a scam if so, in which is proven with such facts that they still haven't announced anything that regards to the matter. If I were you, better pick or focus on certain trusted and long running online gambling platform to lessen those accidents.

But afterall, why BetBit? There's too many casinos that are better than that.
I think you have already news in regards to the update of Betbit. If betbit had a problem technically in their platform usually they will made an announcement. In this case if they are now silence then probably they were still probably discussing if there are dispute in their organization.

Pretty sure there are other users also having that holdings in that platform that are worried. However, this is part of the risk that one should consider before doing a deposit. If it will be lost then we do not have choice but to accept it. Other than that there were no regulations for now for cryptocurrency violations like this and probably it will be difficult to trace the organizers if they will run away.
