As long as the rules is available on the terms and conditions page, then it is still fine.

I can't think of a bigger factor in relation to customer retention on these casinos other than withdrawal issues. And the restriction of only betting in EUR is just topping it up! 'm not sure about what you lot think, but to me this indicates that these people:
- Don't believe in crypto - why else wouldn't they allow crypto bets?
- Rely on fiat which to me is almost screaming I want the money as fast as possible for a quick OUT
I appreciate that other might have different takes on this, but I at least this is what impression I get when hearing about these casinos.

Customer support says the reason is because the rules in each provider are different from the others even though we know on other sites all games can be played using crypto.
