Seems to be a problem with the daily coin,forgive me if this has been addressed before but I found it misleading.
I won a ticket into the Step 1 and proceeded to win it,thinking that the lobby info was correct in stating
"Double or Nothing - Top 50% of players receive ticket to Step 2. 1st is also refunded buyin via TM."!
So I got no refund back and contacted support to be told the promo is no longer active,to which I ask why is it still showing up in the lobby?
Change it or honor what you state,otherwise it misleads people when they can just bounce out as soon as half the field is gone.

Agreed! Tournament money was removed from the entire system including ACR and others over a year ago! We are hoping to have all of this updated within the next 2-3 weeks as well as a couple new innovations. We appreciate your support and we will get everyone taken care of. What is your ticket number or login name?
Was able to play in the daily and really enjoyed it, will try to win my way in again.

As I stated in the response back that I had already received a response on the issue about compensation and was told there would be none,which I felt to be wrong but moving on. I am happy to read the issue will be addressed though because it is misleading to have it in the lobby and not honor it.
Thanks for looking into it,will move on from here and hopefully in a few weeks you will have changed the lobby or I will be in this thread once again.
