To activate promos or bonuses do I need to contact support first?
Was about to deposit but wanted to make sure and asked chat support for the run down. They told me I needed to contact some one before and this seems like a bit of run around if you wanted to play right away,which I did.
So how can I speed this up or make it automatic when I deposit? There has to be a better way of doing this,what am I missing!
