I signed up for bitcoin.ag a few weeks ago, maybe a month. and recently decided to play. After withdrawing the money, I immediately received an account blocking and a refusal to make a payment. THEY justify this by the fact that I allegedly have a second account. Some flags at the security service showed it. Or so you don't pay based on some data? Yes, I understand that I agreed with your terms when I registered, but it turns out that you take my money based on data that you do not disclose? Governments of countries do not have the right and who are you?
This is my money that I made by risking my money!

You have been answered above and its just dumb that you do just admit that you do make such multiple accounts and now you do whine that your account had been blocked.?
Move on man and take this as a lesson that you should have at least a minute on reading up on site terms and conditions so that you wont be fucked up next time when you do tend to make
multi-accounts.Most casinos/sites nowadays do have their common terms about multi-accounts and once you do violate then accept on what would be the consequences not just
saying that they are scam. They wont locked out funds if you havent done anything wrong.

As you were informed, both of your accounts were permanently closed due to an overwhelming amount of evidence that you have broken the site's rules regarding creating multiple accounts. Based on our security team's review, it was determined that you did this knowingly and maliciously to violate our terms of service.

Like so many others in our industry, we are constantly fighting against potential abuse, multi-accounting and fraud. Your own comment does not deny that you have done this, and seems to confirm that are well aware that what you have done is against the rules. We have no tolerance for fraud, as it takes our time away from providing exceptional service to our tens of thousands of legitimate players. Thank you for bringing attention to this matter, as it helps discourage others from attempting this in the future.

This bookmaker has a red card in its own thread. Is becoming an increasingly common and used trick nowadays.
Operator complains about using Proxy or VPN (which is often not the case at all). The moment you want to pay out, this happens to be suddenly discovered. The moment you want to deposit money and are gambling, no problem. Even from the North Pole, they would still make you gamble. Looks like this bookmaker has duped quite a few people.

Gambling with bitcoins is definitely advantageous, but keep in mind that there are always disadvantages that can pull you down. Never let yourself be a willing victim. Be knowledgeable and wise in choosing a Bitcoin gambling site.

A list of steps to undertake will reduce the risk of involvements in gambling scam.

-Bitcoin casinos that offer bonuses and promotions are a-dime-a-dozen. Don’t be blinded by these. Some are even too good to be true. Some are just dragnets for you to fall in their scam.

-See to it that customer support responds to all of your needs with urgency.

-Slow pay for countries where online gambling is not legalized may be common. But it can also be an indication for scam. Test small amount of bitcoins first to see the quality of service, especially in the withdrawal process.

-Bitcoin casinos employ software providers. Make sure that the site uses a reputable one that promotes fair casino software. In the case of proprietary sites, refer to number one and two.

Betcoin.ag has been known for being... Shady in the last years.

Not completely scamming people from what I know but clearly being on the grey line tons of times.
I've played quite long at the poker game and can't say that it felt weird though.

Please review the announcement below.  Of course, any deposit or outstanding balance will be handled promptly.  Additionally, we continue to find it ironic that you claim Betcoin.ag to be a scam yet continue to want to play at Betcoin.ag.  If Betcoin.ag were truly a scam, you would not want to play there everyday.  Fortunately most people can see this as well.  Thank you for helping Betcoin.ag improve!

As for me I do not want to play at your site anymore. But as I said before I'll monitor the situation to know how you manage all of this. Let us look at current situation: you block users from a few countries without any announce at your site. Want to know how to do it in right way? Take an example from other sites: they issue a special message to visitors from countries where they do not accept players. But you just shut down access and did everything as if the site is just temporarily not working.

Anyway, I still waiting for "many happy betcoin players" here. Where are they?

I do not play with you, after Betcoin.ag has taken my winnings and closed the account. And even more so after such impudence, there is not the slightest desire to bet you, which I recommend to other players not to do.

Yes, it's impossible to open Betcoin's website all day.
I thought they had technical problems and it turns out that there are no problems, they just closed the access to the site and emailed no notifications. I understand that they are going to collect deposits from people, that's exactly an insult and fraud.

something stopped working completely site, betcoin are you still alive?
It seems they just decided to block a all of users from a few countries (and did it in silence, without warning). This is so "honest" (sarcasm). And they call themselves a serious fair sportsbooks. I think we should actively disseminate such information wherever possible. This is not a serious company, but some kind of misunderstanding in the world of gambling.

These abusive players have come back and attempted to wager at Betcoin as recently as 3 days ago. If Betcoin is a "scam", why would they still be attempting to wager with us?
It is good question. Why do you not asked directly these players? Maybe they just do not know about your scam? Or they not abusive players? Who knows.

In addition, Betcoin has been more than reasonable, by allowing these players to withdraw their original deposit amount, when our terms clearly state that all funds can be seized. Going forward, we will not be so lenient and have warned these specific players that the entire balance will be seized if they return.
Returning to the question of dishonest game. Why do not you then return players a deposit when they losing to you? Or concept of justice and moral principles for you are not so important as profit? Perhaps you can tell us what exactly did these players do wrong? Did they exploiut of techical issues at your site in some way? Or they just made bets and won and lose money?

Our security experts were able to detect this abuse very quickly and if it were not for privacy rules, we could publish the information we have and anyone could easily tell these accounts from the normal legitimate accounts. We are more than happy to provide the information we have to an independent 3rd party reviewer and are 100% confident they would spot the abuse as well.

In addition, Betcoin has been more than reasonable, by allowing these players to withdraw their original deposit amount, when our terms clearly state that all funds can be seized. Going forward, we will not be so lenient and have warned these specific players that the entire balance will be seized if they return.

There has never been a single instance or accusation of Betcoin denying payout on a legitimate wager. We have had more players comment on this thread saying this in favor of us, than players accusing us of wrong-doing. That's because the players we have caught in this investigation is a small group of players with many accounts. This has been proven without a doubt by our security team.

Betcoin has always been fair with its players and as a part of that, we must do our part to eliminate the players that cheat the system. This investigation has been a clear-cut example of abuse. If there were legitimate players not getting paid, it would be all over the forums. Instead, this is a small group of players from the same region trying to bring us bad publicity because they got caught trying to take advantage of us.

One of these days I read that Betcoin.ag continues to select the winnings from people, motivating by the fact that the deposit has been withdrawn earlier and the entire balance won will be confiscated. With this approach, they can not restore their reputation.
As I hear there are a few bookies who works with crypto who makes the same shit. Maybe it is "normal" for shady sportsbook sites.

You seem to be a blind person. Never trust someone with your money before you get to know them clearly. I do not even trust my friends, and I always suspect my family. This world is a cruel place and only monsters rule. If you do not make your research about these gambling websites, you will be scammed again and again. Added to that, you should never rush when you want to play. Take it easy, buddy. You sound a hasty person.

I was also returned only the balance of the funds without a refund of the full deposit. Betcoin you are scammers, it turns out if a person has won more than paid - he is given only a deposit. If the other player who violated your rules - the amount on the account less than the deposit - you return only the balance. Betcoin will not allow himself to be offended. This is extremely disrespectful to all those who have been accused of your part! With this approach, you do not see high reputation and ratings, you behave more than offensively!

Thousands of players receive their winnings quickly from Betcoin every day. Many of them have commented on this thread.
Sorry, but there are only a few players who posted here comments. Where is other thousands? And If you are so worried about your honesty, why don't you give the players a full refund of the deposit? If you think their loss is fair, then why do you think their win is unfair? Double standards. If you think that the player has violated your rules (and has lost money), then you do not return anything to him and do not interfere with his game. But as soon as he begins to win and tries to withdraw money - you declare him an offender and take his money.
