The site is down ...that e-mail sounds very fishy.  They would never ask you to do that.  Can betcoin comment on this?

Today I received mail saying:

There is a link attached to some url which smell fishy.

So I ended up redepositing to Betcoin and playing a little dice. I feel like an idiot for playing again after saying I wouldn't, but whatever.

I won a little, and tried to withdraw. It took over 12 almost 10 hours for the withdrawal to be made. Why is that? I understand if you need to check for collusion, but I was playing dice! Is it because you don't do withdrawals on Sundays? If so, you should make that clear up front.

We agree.  Jessica is a very passionate individual who takes things very personally and we have had to work with her on this.  When Betcoin is attacked she feels attacked and she responded inappropriately in this situation.  We have stated many times that we value Dooglus' feedback tremendously and are using it to make some good improvements.  Jessica has been reassigned for the time being and she was not aware of the reasoning behind Dooglus' negative trust rating when that message was written.  We apologize for that comment in full and appreciate you providing your humble opinion.

And  he answered  in full details (at least gave his version of facts) to the accuses the one who badrated him was throwing  him...cannot say the same about you in these latter replies  

You should apology for that bolded sentence in my humble opinion (above all because it was completely off topic respect the issues he was raising).


PS: I still enjoy playing on your site but am a bit disappointed by this behaviour.

That isn't true. At least one of your players had an issue, and took the time to screenshot it and report it here. Why would you say that none of your players had an error?

I suspect that either you aren't logging the errors correctly, or you are lying to me.

Do you think that I made that screenshot up? How would I know your internal pathnames? Ask your developers if that screenshot is real or not. Ask them if it could be faked.

I put it to you that the reason I am the only one who reported that issue is because the rest of them either don't care enough, and just hit reload, or they do care but this kind of rude treatment has trained them not to bother reporting issues. I know I won't be bothering again.

Rather than showing that error message to your users, you should log it internally. Then you wouldn't be relying on your customers to help you debug your casino platform, but could see the error messages for yourself. You also wouldn't then feel the need to attack them when they show your error messages to you. For fucks sake.


I've had no luck with tickets. Most of the stuff I've written in tickets hasn't received any kind of a response until I post about it in the forums. I found that reporting issues on the forum gets more attention. But I see you don't like that either, so I give up.

I enjoyed most of my time at betcoin, but this attitude from the support staff is intolerable. I'm out.
