I want to thank Betcoin.ag staff for helping me come to a resolution with BetSoft on the matter of my spin on "The Glam Life". I have said in my forum posts on bitcointalk.org and other places that my issue was with BetSoft and not Betcoin. Andrew and the staff at Betcoin.ag have always been good to me, and have continued to support me in this matter with BetSoft. They were unfortunately caught in the middle of this situation as the BetSoft slots are played directly on BetSoft servers, and they not Betcoin.ag decide the payouts for the slots. We have not talked publicly about the matter because it just leads to speculation and trolling which is not productive or conducive to progress.
Well, actually you have talked publicly about it. On multiple forums in fact. You were lying then and got caught, so you simply added the rules you made up after Jason hit the jackpot. (see above post) Now you are lying about the fact you ever said anything in the first place.
It would have been awesome for us from a marketing perspective to announce this win, but it is not a jackpot win within Betsoft's rules as it is a free spin and not a max bet paid round according to Betsoft. The result would have been the same on any other website.
jasonort has no problem with Betcoin or our handling of the matter and we have attempted to assist him with whatever we can.
