Question, does the Total Balance in my Real Balance Info include "Bonus Money Freed" from my Bonus Balance section? If not, when and how does it get added to my total balance - ie, do I have to do something?

Nah...in XP works....I had one problem with BCP once in updating software and it was that some windows security certificates  had expired since XP is not supported by MS anymore . BCP support walked me thru on phone how to delete the expired  certificates and BCP and Betcoin works fine.  I think Betcoin should get the procedure for removing expired certificates from WPN support so they can fix this if it happens. I don't want to post it because it involves running acertmgr.msc in the terminal. I I can confirm that at least BCP support knows how to fix this in XP

Is there support in this thread on weekends?  On site support is closed on weekends apparently.

cashouts are usually for me about an hour-2 at most and sometimes a couple minutes. though i'm not sure if i've cashed out on weekends before?
