Nice to see your problem was solved, I have a similar problem regarding my account and it keeps getting locked. He said it was fixed yesterday, but same problem today.

Had a chat with ANDRE, and he advise me to use 1 source of internet connection only. Once you change your source of connection especially using a public free wifi, the system will detect you use multi accounts.

I know we have the same problem their system is very bad they put vpn restrictions and he's think I using multiple account

Yep, till two days ago I was playing without any problem. Today had similar chat like you and I'm also waiting to be unlocked. My account never used bonuses, except $1 NY bonus offered and even never played with it.

But I'm sure they will sort things out one by one. Their new promos have a lot of value.

Just curious why many players are detected using multi accounts? Perhaps they need better system to solve this issue.

I think this site is very sensitive to user who have multiple account. But it is also great to avoid people who want to cheat the site
