So it seems that you have problem with withdrawal? If your account and email are both verified all you can do is wait for the casino staff to process your withdrawal.
Betcoin.tm staff is always is checking withdrawals manually which usually takes time. It could take up to 24h based on my experience. But do not worry, you will get your coins for sure.

This is really frustrating  People want to play poker at your site but they are unable to play because of your system faults.I am saying again i don't have any other account in your site and your live chat can't give instant solution.That make no sense.I never have a problem solved by them.If they can't solve any problem why they're online?

Back to the point,i am locked because of security.I played yesterday without any problem and cashed out without any problem then why locked today when i go to play again?your online support claiming that there is another 2 account from same Ip.I don't know which ip they talking about.There is no reason for me to create another account and i have reason not to create another account.I don't know what's the problem with your system.Never faced this kind of situation when played any other poker rooms.

Glad to hear that you always win, but that's just because you are in good luck IMHO. Keep your winning and dont be greedy, bad luck may come anytime and you may lose all your previous winnings.

I am 'dooglus', am already registered, and want to unregister (because I've been waiting all day for it to fill up, and now I want to sleep), but the button says 'register', not 'unregister'. Closing the lobby and reopening it fixed it, changing the button to 'unregister'.

It's pretty shitty for a lot of the reasons Dooglus posted (and other random glitches/errors...like hand histories that last for 2 seconds) but it's cheap and web based so that's why a lot of the bitcoin sites use it.

Service unavailable again  i played few hours ago without any problem and did a withdraw all goes fine then come back to play again now its showing service unavailable

1) Letters would be fine. It's easy to tell the difference between h and d. It's harder for me to tell the difference between one red blob and another.

2) The "muck" and "show" buttons don't appear sometimes. I think it's if I win without betting, like if my BB gets a walk.

3) The 'raise' UI is weird. If I'm SB for 50, and I put 300 in the raise box, it raises *to* 300, but if I'm BB for 100 and I put 300 in the raise box, it raised *by* 300 to 400. This should be consistent.

4) I just had a crash, too. Trying to play 6 games at once. The 6th window had just appeared, it appeared full-screen on top of all the other games (couldn't it appear smaller, and not right in the top left corner where the windows-icon button is?), so I had to move it to find a windows-logo to click to tile it, and when I did, all the windows went white, like this:



(I think there's a way of hiding the URL on pop-up windows too, but I'm not sure about that. It would save a little screen realestate).

5) I like to 'pot bet'. Sometimes the 'pot' button is one space further left than other times. I'd prefer if it was always the last-but-one button, just before 'all in'. I think the '3xBB' button sometimes comes between 'pot' and 'all-in'.

I believe this is pretty normal, its just the hand history - not something most watch very closely.  Many sites don't even have cards, just text. (Ac Kh Qs)

It's true, there's no way to prove someone is playing honestly.

You can only prove that someone is being dishonest. 

Allowing players to use the same ip gives them a chance to be transparent. 

Are roomates not allowed to play on your site at the same time?  Poker is fun to play with friends, most poker players prefer to beat their friends - not cheat with them.  If two friends were playing from the same location, would you rather one of them changed their ip, so you didn't know or they both played from the same?


In the online poker world, the norm is to not allow multiple players from the same ip to sit at the same cash game. but usually tournaments are ok.  (I believe stars only allows same ips to reg in mtts with 45 players or more, partypoker allows any non-sit n go - just examples)  If there is anything which triggers an investigation - it would obviously not look good if they had the same ip.

Online poker players tend to be friends with each other, live together, hang out together etc...not to mention during major live events at casinos, everyone uses the same wifi to play the same tournaments.  Only allowing one player per ip would kill any sites tournament schedule.

Most of them aren't cheaters and I would imagine those who do cheat would use different ips whether they were forced to or not.

The cards are small there, so 4-color is more important there imho.
