Yep, till two days ago I was playing without any problem. Today had similar chat like you and I'm also waiting to be unlocked. My account never used bonuses, except $1 NY bonus offered and even never played with it.

But I'm sure they will sort things out one by one. Their new promos have a lot of value.

I think his problem is just like other players whose account are locked because detected by the system that they are using multi accounts.
Just curious why many players are detected using multi accounts? Perhaps they need better system to solve this issue.

We manually unlocked some accounts, not all. The reason these accounts were flagged was because an IP restriction was just too strict, but we have since fine-tuned the settings to look for exactly what we want, and replaced VPN restriction with more advanced anti-collusion methods that are less restrictive on you all.

Miyslovenic I'm not sure why you'd think someone is trying to lock you - I think you created an account with an upper and lowercase first letter but we already resolved that issue because clearly it was an accident. Nonetheless, I will look into it for you.

If anyone else is still having issues - it is due to the normal reasons and you'll have to contact support to try and work out how we can give you access.

i can log in to the site but the problem on the poker room is happening to me too, it doesnt load or anything maybe they are doing some sort of maintenance or update on it. ill try to contact their support and update my post

I have the same problem. I also cant access the poker room. I dont use vpn, but i have a message to disable my vpn.
I dont know how to disable it because i do not use it.
