I just wonder why we have to sign our btc wallet to change info and withdraw? it is too complex and wasting time, even i wanna enter my withdraw address, i have to download a btc wallet and then waiting for sync my wallet for 3 days??

For security of course. You can import your address to lightweight wallet (Electrum, Multibit, Blockchain.info, etc.) so you don't have to download the entire blockchain to sign a message.

but i still don't think this is necessary for one site, it can be a add-on, but not a compulsory way to withdraw, if hacker sign their wallet earlier, we may lose money, email confirmation or 2FA is a safer way IMO.

hii betcointm. I want to tell you that I have problems with the login. Every time after I login for a couple of minutes I suddenly logged out without any notice and I log in again for and suddenly it logged out again. Is this on my problems or your site? But overall as I can say it is good

Now I'm having the same problem with you, and I asked the support and he (Andrew) said that it is because multiple accounts issue. I have told him anything he asked for and he said it will be fixed within the day. Once they have fixed it, they will notify by email. So I'll wait for it..
Almost 24hours but no update regarding this issue, still unable to withdraw and/or use it in poker games. Do I need to remind it to your support frequently?

It can take quite a while to load the poker room for the first time, give it a few minutes and see what happens. When I want to moderate the chats and my connection isn't so great it can take up to a couple minutes.
Waited more than 30 minutes but nothing happen
Can you do anything? i think few more people have the same problem.I am especially play poker That's so strange I connected almost instantly.
Try pressing crtl+shift+c. When the developer console comes up press and hold the refresh button and pick the last option. You'll probably have to login again. See if that helps.

I like the theme of the UI of your site. It gives a sort of magical feel to it, just like the logo font you used kind of looks like the Harry potter font. Very cool. *thumbs up*

We use a mixture of proprietary and third-party security tools to ensure that
