A phone verification system would be better (either 2FA or SMS/automated call for those who prefer/have an older phone). In that way you could also safely refer people living with you or coworkers.

No - if you don't have a BetCoin.tm account already, you can use the referral link I send you to make one.

What if someone try to cheat the referral system? I mean registerering through his own referral link?

Nope. We're giving it away in JadeCoin. If you win using the JDC, you win BTC. No fine print.
