Hi sorry for breaking that rule it will not happen again
It's okay. You can edit your previous post and merge them. Or moderators have to do the job for you.

The live chat support is only enable on the home page when you log in you can use the support option on the right top corner
Is live support the Need Help button? I thought it was for the ticketing system or the send mail system when the live support agent is not available. It should be good if you change the wording to Live Support.

About minimum deposit is $10 and for withdraw your deposit you need to wager 1X the deposit amount before requesting a withdraw
I mean the wager requirement for the bonus I will receive from my deposit. Let's say I deposited $10 and got another $10 as a bonus. How much do I have to wager? is it still 1x?

We don't do account verification code
Interesting. If you keep it like this. It will be easy for someone to create multiple accounts using dummy emails. Since you guys are not asking for a KYC, You won't have a way to verify if someone creates multiple accounts. I will suggest starting verifying emails at least to avoid abuse.

I just registered on Betcrypto.cr a few minutes ago. I did not use any promo code during the sign-up process. I remember I saw the live support chat button before I signed up. But, after logging into my account, I can no longer see the live chat button. I had some questions, and I could not ask them via Live chat support. I want to know how much the minimum deposit is and how many times the wagering requirement for the first deposit bonus is. Nice to see you guys support a lot of coins.

Moreover, I did not receive an account verification code in my email. I tried another method to check if I received an email from Betcrypto. I clicked on my account info option and then tried to change my password, which should send me an email. FYI, I did not receive an email from Betcrypto yet. I am using the Gmail service.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Meanwhile, I will update the post if I receive an email from Betcrypto.

Sure i can ask my lawyer to scan the documents
As I have said in my previous post, Costa Rican gambling license doesn't exist. You have only created a company in Costa Rica to get permission from the government. Your casino isn't operated under a real license operator. The online gambling isn't regulated in Costa Rica. I'm wondering what kind of documents you are considering as a license.

We have also the local municipality license, they grant licenses for gambling companies

Betcrypto has no right to say that they are operated with a gambling license. As far as I can see, they are abiding by the rules. They haven't mentioned about Costa Rica gambling license on their website. Betcrypto only mentioned that their business is located in Costa Rica. As a result, they can make their own rules to run their casino. In reality, the Costa Rican gambling license doesn't exist.
I dont live in Costa Rica so I dont know the full truth, all information I found are from internet so they could be outdated and incorrect.
It is strange that I cant find any good active casino that exist few years and have CR license, maybe you or other people can find them.

The costa rica gambling license exist please read this law, the problem is the license is issue by the local municipality and is on paper
This is document from 2012 so we dont know if this was somehow changed in 2023.
Lets say that you have some kind of permission or license, why dont you show us official number or official document paper they gave you?
This would help a lot removing some doubts about this issue.

Sure i can ask my lawyer to scan the documents

From my investigation there is no such thing as real Costa Rica gaming license, they dont regulate gambling and everything is registered as Data processing instead.

Why isn't other operators in Costa Rica ?
I think I saw few other casinos claiming to have license from Costa Rica in forum before, but they had some rules for kyc verification and most of them stopped working.

There are several Bitcoin casinos available in Costa Rica, including BitcoinPenguin, Gamblo Casino, Betcoin, and Rounder Casino. While BitcoinPenguin may not have an official gaming license, it is associated with some of the best software developers and is liable to local laws in Costa Rica and Belize. Gamblo Casino is a crypto-exclusive casino operated by Gwydion Ltd. and has a license issued in Costa Rica. Betcoin's Bitcoin casino offers the best selection of table games and slots in Costa Rica. Rounder Casino, owned by Rounder Development Association and with a license from Costa Rica, is a Bitcoin casino. However, there is no legal framework to have such an entity in Costa Rica and target the rest of the world.

Betcoin now uses Curacao license, so AI information is not fully correct.

They have some rules for KYC because they don't want to deal with the extra work it takes to have a private casino

We are not require by law to ask for KYC

Hehehe someone just won $3532 from a $141 bet  Cool

OP, congratulations to your client on the win I think this display is just to get the attention of the members here and there are some unanswered questions from the previous conversations we had, try to attend to them.

Secondly, you will have to prove this win point you made here for clarity as I see this as a stunt that was scripted so as to gain an audience here. I know it is part of the advertisement plan from your casino but I do not think it works that way here as members are very skeptical of this type of advert and become wary of them.

OP, enticing members here with such a display is not as easy as you think. People have learned some lessons and are wiser now with thick skin.

Hi which questions have I not answered? as fas as i know i answered all questions

Second hahaha how could i scripted this result from a tennis match idk if the person who won is from here maybe if he is, he can confirm it

Also this was not a marketing stunt i'm not posting the winnings of an exclusive game you could only get in my platform, i just post the sportsbook result because nobody expected Fabian Marozsan to beat a top 2 player, anyone could have used any sportsbook and also won the same amount

No KYC, Never! This sounds very strange. How can you say that you won't ever ask users for KYC? You own a regulated business, called Casino. I don't know any country in the world that gives you that much freedom in casino business. Is that your Costa Rica license? If yes, then I'm pretty amazed, why isn't that license abused by other casinos instead of Curacao. But how can I actually be sure that your casino is really licensed? Yeah, you have address included in contact form but no one is gonna check whether you have office in your building or not.

Costa Rica has always been a hub for online gambling since 1999 our regulation is clear we just can't accept Costa Rican users and we can't use costa rican banks that's it.

Why isn't other operators in Costa Rica ?

Well because they have to move here to costa rica and stay here to operate a business like this

The thing about Costa Rica licenses is they are issue in paper i think you can call the San Jose municipality and ask for the license status
