Now that there is no 200% bonus, would they come back lol? Well, there are many other reason for which people create alt account. One of them is by passing the limit of bet. Since you have special treatment for high roller, I think the chance of multi account is too low now.

That gambler has the courage to do a scam accusation against the casino and now that the gambler has proven guilty of cheating the casino, He is now just asking for the money he deposited, It's crazy how they tried to exploit the casino and now asking for their money to be returned. He is guilty and there's no way that the casino will return the money after stirring up the casino reputation by the moves he did. and obviously, He broke a rule about multi accounting and I don't think that he will get away with that. It's a solid lose for that gambler.

Sadly we pause our welcome bonus system we are working on making it from 200% to 100% maybe this will discourage scammers

we do monitor IP address but it's hard because they can use VPNs we have our ways to detect multiple accounts we are not going to say how publicly, we did it with this user because we are new on the forum and we don't want to ruin our reputation

Each casino has different penalties for cheating users and I would not buy into cheaters, but there are other casinos that get cheating users and then they take away the bonus money and return the user's deposit, but if you want to punish in your own way don't there is a problem with taking the deposit money, that is your rule that must be obeyed, but sometimes it is also true that if the user gets the money he will try one more time to cheat the bonus.

I also had no time to think why people are willing to commit fraudulent acts just to look for bonuses whereas if they just want to play, just play, why do they have to cheat and take advantage of bonuses or register for more than one account. sounds weird

And about just taking the bonus money is not the right punishment, because if we do that, he is going to try again and again because he knows if we catch him he is getting his money back.

No, the correct procedure here is confiscating the winnings and giving back only the deposit(that is what I think). Cudy89 has blatantly exploited the casino's welcome bonus. he created a scam accusation and created a story where he is the victim but has been proven to be a liar and a bonus abuser.
