but it would be better if the campaign was continued to build good trust than before. so there is no doubt from the gamblers here.
Run a signature campaign and other promotions in this forum have nothing to do with the casino reputation, any project can create any promotions but it just help for brand awareness and attract people to gamble on their site. 1xbit is an example where they're not having any good reputation and still want to run signature campaign, there's no one can force them to stop because this forum doesn't moderate scam.
You are right that the discussion forum here is of course to build communication with active gamblers who play at betfury if there are complaints they can write everything here so it won't have anything to do with a reputation, the signature campaign only helps to find new users and get traffic from this forum

Bitcoin the future of finance
Welcome to bitcointalk!
I thought this was a new casino, but with 132 000 registered members, this isn't the case. Anyone here already member of this casino? Any thoughts/reviews?

Couple of questions that pop into my mind:
- What is your house edge?
- What is the minimum amount to withdraw ?
- Do you have a license?

Good question to ask and people want to know the answers.

Also they have a thread last April but it was inactive check it here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/betfuryio-new-level-of-the-casino-trx-btt-usdt-btc-high-dividends-5237476 and I wonder if those numbers of users is true since they don't have any active thread here, I guess they do a outside of the forum marketing since 132,000 users is huge number.
Yes mate they are working for long term i joined them on 2020 through a bounty campaign and now on they are actively working so i am not a fan of gambling but betfury stacking is a good option in bear market it gives me apy of 50% Apy in top 5 cryptos , So buy some bfg and stake and check the performance
Link: http://betfury.io
they have free boxes like crypto faucet , and different free option for gambling or holding .

I don't know what is happening to Betfury, I have seen that the signature campaigns in this casino are unstable, and that is not good, here in the forum the casinos that have signature campaigns are quite famous and the casinos have enough fame, and they are doing very well,
Maybe they didn't get the results they were expecting or they had a limited advertising budget which didn't let them run the sig. campaign for a longer period.
I don't see this as a big issue as long as their personal representative remain active on the forum and keep bumping the announcement thread with news and updates and most importantly respond to all members concerns and questions.
I agree with you. Even though the campaign is terminated, it doesn't matter, the most important thing is that the board is always active in updating anything about the development of the platform and is always active in answering and resolving complaints in this thread.
I think the possible reason for stopping the campaign is because the budget used has reached the specified limit and has already got a lot of customers in it. so they deemed it unnecessary to continue the campaign.
but it would be better if the campaign was continued to build good trust than before. so there is no doubt from the gamblers here.

Yeah twitter already have lots of bots so better to focus with other venue and allocate a good amount of budget with this kind of campaign, it's true, that with signature campaign the exposure around the forum may bring more traffics and interest with people who visit the site and use the forum for collecting information with how casinos are doing.
Allocating funds for signature campaigns is more effective for increasing traffic and casino trust than for promoting for twitter or other campaigns, but if they have large funds then combining the two campaigns will be better.

Likewise, it's all about the marketing people who work for BetFury and how they will handle the advertisement/marketing for the business.
Betfury has its own token and is different from other casinos, so they can update tokenomics to increase holders or bets using BFG must be prioritized with special advantages over betting using other coins/tokens, and marketing funds can be allocated to provide bonuses for BFG bets, so marketing funds are not only for advertising or limited to campaigns only.
I believe that most casinos will want to generate traffic to increase their customer base so that their community base can generate revenue and the casino win, some are already running the signature campaign in this forum and also doing other social media promotions.

It all depends on the area of interest of the casino so betfury according to history has been around for a while now in this forum and their hard signature campaign some time ago but any time their want to run another one they can easily start up again.

Yes, as long as they are still responding and the business still open this concern might not affect the casino service, like what I mentioned the marketing team who handles this might not see a result that they are expecting or they are don't have that budget yet or they are trying to allocate a bigger amount for advertisement and promotions and then they will allocate portions of it to signature campaign, we will be inform for sure as they will announce if there's any update regarding to this.
Well it's their business how they spend their revenue, but in the case of BetFury i would very much like to see them spending fraction of that to professionals who would sit down and think if a new game theory for bfg tokenomics end game, or some other benefits that would make holding BFG more desirable.

But i guess that would be just for users and wouldn't help the team in any way so it's not top on their priority list.

Probably there benchmark for a successful campaign result here is too high since they launch there bounty campaign here in the forum during there startup launch and they become sensational due to there new gambling feature. They probably want that same result without considering how to tough the competition for the casino nowaday. We have no right to dictate what's right but having a long term campaign is essential if they want to become more visible here in the forum for great marketing output. Twitter is already saturated by bots user which is waste of money to do a campaign there than here.

Of course what's worth appreciating too is that apart from them stopping the signature campaign at least betfury is still opening a thread on this forum to service any complaints that come from the community of this forum too but as you said I just saw OWL locking their thread it worries me to play there, since any casino that is not active on this forum will usually end badly, I think staying away from it is a good way
I'm not aware if owl.games was locking their announcement thread, but after observing the feedback and few last posts, I don't see any complaint toward them. There's no reason for them to lock their topic because it's really a bad choice, after launching few months signature campaign to make everyone know their casino, but they're kill themselves by locking their own topic! new users wouldn't know about owl.games brand then.

Let's say owl.games turn become scam, the victim just need to create scam accusation thread, no need to post in their announcement.

In addition to what you re-echoed statement, I just want to point out that signature campaign is sometimes just useless if users participating on it doesn’t provide good post spread in the forum to target more users that is not aware to the promoted casino. Most of the campaigns focus on gambling board alone while most of the user visiting this board is not all an active gambler and just posting for campaigns.

There’s still a lot of potential customer out there on Bitcoin and Altcoin discussion section since some risky traders are gamblers too.
I don't think long  signature campaign are anything but no effective.  If this were the case, then really large, reputable casinos would not have been running such campaigns for several years continuously.  And not only traders perceive this advertisement in the corresponding section of our forum.  Also, I think there is an influx of new users to the forum itself.  And some of them learn about the casino from this form of advertising and promotion.
And even if there are not too many such new players, I think that it is still profitable for large casinos to advertise themselves here in BTT in this way.
I think it is a bit about coca cola advertisement type of deal. Do we not know them? Are we hearing about them for the first time on TV when they have a commercial? Of course not, they are the biggest brand in drinking world and they are world famous and I doubt that there are anyone out there who do not know their name.

But, they keep using it, does it make you want to drink at that moment? Rarely, it is not really there. Then why do they even do it? Because if they don't, and other drink companies keep doing it, then other companies will get more and more customers. Same with signature campaign, it's not there to get customers right away, it's there to keep you in good position.

I think Betfury is a good casino though, they are very lucky too to have their thread very active even though there signature ad campaign is currently not running, goes a long way to show that they've indeed gained some loyal users here, i know and can name some casinos that have gotten their bitcointalk thread buried some days or week after they end their signature ad campaign..
Example is
Blackjack.fun
owl.games used to be quite popular too, but I've not been seeing them around or maybe they have a signature running with a very limited participant, their Ann thread seems buried as well.

A bit off topic here but owl.games stopped their signature campaign a while ago and even locked their topic here in this section. First time, I ever see a casino doing that and it also doesn't make a lot of sense in my eyes.

You are right, casinos that runs signature campaigns continuously in the forum without stopping is benefiting more than those that just run it for awhile and stop. It  is a strategy to show their loyalty to customers and their credibility.

They make more money because most signature campaign participants don't even have time to depend on this payment as they see it as a way to provide for their gambling habit,i.e they gamble with the SIG pay in the casino they are running signature campaign for. You pay me for a service and I use to money that you paid me to entertain myself in your casino. Betfury.io team should try and come back to continue with their campaign, for better promotion of their casino.
It is to be expected the owners and administrators of betfury know their situation way better than we do, if they are not promoting themselves in the forum through ads or a signature campaign it is not difficult to think a few reasons of why this is the case, a few of them are that they do not think it is necessary at the moment, they do not think they will obtain good results with it or simply they do not have the budget to do this at the moment.

if asked whether it works or not, just ask some casinos that have been running signature campaigns on this forum for a long time  Grin

I bet they work. When reading gambling topics here, I read only gambling topic that I saw have (or had) signature campaigns here Cheesy Duelbits, Stake, Roobet, BetFury and maybe Sportsbet (but they are mostly football oriented, and their page is not allowed to visit with my IP, so I check them rarely) - all of them are one of the most viewed topic (topics that are still active). If I plan to make a deposit and have fun, I would consider these casinos to be first in my list. Imho, signature campaigns really pays off.
Yes, that's why every signature campaign must have its advantages and disadvantages, and even then it also depends on the rules that apply to all participants, of course, to increase traffic from this forum and all the big casinos seem to have felt the results of their campaign on this forum

Signature campaigns in bitcointalk work wonders and even the well-known scam casino are thriving when they conduct such practices. Betfury has stopped it already. The advantage is that there are loyal players especially because there are holders of the token who are also staking.

If signature campaign doesn't work, there's no reason for any casino to run signature campaign until right now, increase the participants and even decrease the minimum posting requirements Wink

To be honest I don't find any crypto casino that become big without promoting in this forum and has run signature campaign, the old casino like primedice and nitrobetting had run a signature campaign before. But primedice trying to built their sister company reputation e.g. stake and launch huge campaign, while nitrobetting somewhat is controversial.
You are absolutely correct, From my personal observation, All casinos running a signature campaign on this forum are always famous, most especially when there campaign is active, hundreds of thousands of people visit this forum everyday both users and non users, the signature ads are always in their face and many of this persons can become a customer to the casino owning the signature they clicked..

But I think the mistake most casinos advertising on this forum through signature campaigns make is that, they tend to think or believe that immediately they launch their signature campaign, they should start getting a lot of new customers who will instantly start playing on their casino.. No, signature campaign is a long term kind of advertisement, this means that it only pays off in the long term not in the short term, Stake.com signature campaign has been running for years now, and they are still hiring, if this campaign wasn't paying off for them, I believe they would have stopped hiring more participants, or better still, they would have ended the campaign.

The price by the way is declining while altcoins recently are mooning. This will be costly for the team but maybe they should keep the signature even at low pay to keep the presence.

Casino start-ups run signature campaigns at first but can also turn out to be fraudulent, this is one thing to watch out for when making a deposit.

Some crypto gambling sites prefer long campaigns, while others prefer short ones, and I think this is quite normal since every casino has different marketing strategies and budgets for that. By the way, Betfury prefers to run only short signature campaigns during some events, and the fact that Betfury periodically returns to the forum indicates that its previous campaigns have been effective.
Honestly, I think signature campaigns on this forum are still one of the most effective ways to attract an audience to crypto gambling sites because it can be problematic to promote gambling elsewhere due to restrictions on such advertising.
