Doesn't mean it will make you a profit, but at least it can survive longer and that is what some people like to do and this could be on a game they despise, doesn't really matter.

Given the complaints on this forum, is there no incentive to work on this to improve it further? There is no real logic in setting a timer to claim your cashback ( I can't think of other sites who do something similar). Even if you login each day on the site, there are times that you simply forget to check this section.

And when it hits me and I check cashback I only see "expired"! Somehow I am sure I will miss it here and there again!
Well, it's the system... I don't like it especially, but I don't have anything against it. Of course, it would be better if cashback can't expire, so we would be able to collect it and get to some significant amount before claiming!

I feel the same when I used to miss out on them as well. I see no reason for this other than to keep players regularly check on their accounts. Betfury pride itself as the most generous on cashbacks but you have to be active to take advantage of that. When you really think about it, that feature should be automatically credited back to the player's accounts.

One solution: don't play with your BFG tokens. Did it myself a couple of times in the past, even going all-in on a 1.01x multiplier on limbo/crash but luckily it never went wrong. You are saying 2 things in fact. With a marketing campaign, you create a lot of interest and have new players that will sign up, but you will not just hold these players active just by doing giveaways and events. That's the most difficult thing, keep your players motivated; you can only do that with adding new features to the site, adding new games/slots, ...
