I don't always get the complaints about the free boxes. It is free money and if you don't like it, than just don't claim it. The reward for BTC has indeed been lowered multiple times but they have compensated it right now with a free BNB box. But keep in mind that the 0,000022 BNB/20 min you get is a temporary action and will be lowered after the BNB events ends.

I think it would help if you can please share more details about what error you were getting when trying to log in or was the site just down? Couldn't sin-in can happen for these two reasons I think a) either the site is down b) you get an error trying to login.

By the way, they have a very supportive team at telegram from what I remember with my experience when I had an issue last time.

This is a problem that already exists longer. Sometimes you get logged out with no reason; sometimes you are playing a game and automatically redirected to the home page, ...

On one hand i am against listing too early but this bnb event made me think that they should use the momentum and list to pancakeswap. Looks like everyone is fleeing there from uniswap... It has more volume and is cheaper too. It would be way better then binance dex or any cex they are probably planning.
