What is the $3.5 million staking pool actually about?
I don't know what you mean or where you got that figure. From what I know, Betfury allocates 3% to the staking pool from the daily profits. Visit the staking page and you can see how much the platform is getting. You can start staking from mining and holding at least 10 BFG tokens.

I said that I had already contacted them, they refused to cooperate, so I conclude that it was they who stole the money or their employee. but they won't admit, what can I do? Nothing !!! If I were a big player with big money, they would be afraid to ignore me, I could report them to the police. The police will not work for only 600 trx, the Casino is responsible for the safety of my money . I offered them to write a statement about the crime to the police, but they refused, in fact, their site was robbed, and if they were not involved, they are obliged to contact the police. If they shy away from it, then they stole it.  https://tronscan.org/ # / transaction / 592a81f012ce4ca7f841964bd6c7a5028b22dfe34151e0e72f660ceb6db8dde4

I am confused right now. If I understand correctly, a hacker got access to your account and withdrew 600 TRX?
If that is the case than it isn't Betfury its fault...

So we have to know the real problem, whether it was the user's fault or the negligence of BetFury
Did you hear the issue a few months ago that BetFury was compromised and all users were asked to change their passwords
If the problem comes from here then BetFury should definitely consider it.

In fact, those accounts were hacked by a third-party website because of password-related issues. Not all BetFury accounts were the victim of that hack, only the users who use the same password on different websites are the victims of that hack.
@dimon121 If you made a post with your account details, maybe BetFury could provide a suitable solution to your problem.

Lol, so the problem is just because they use the same password on every site? I must say that players who have a lot of funds on the account will not do that
It is the same as I provide more security for each account that I actively play

@dimon - you need to communicate with betfury regarding this. actually, their chat support on their site is really fast, based on my experience. no harm if you try to reach out to them and explain your case. better resolve this as soon as you can as delaying will not do any good on your end

He is on a wrong start by blaming Betfury for stealing his 600 TRON when it's his fault for not securing his account, he just made a conclusion that Betfury robbed him, 600 Tron is $74 only why would they ruin their reputation for $74 I already cashout $200 here others thousands of dollars already, where's the logic here.

this is why when they had attacked last time and asked again to log in our accounts, i set-up my 2FA which previously i didnt. it should be a warning signal to the users to change their passwords and add security.

it’s not my fault, they didn’t tell me about the attacks, it’s their fault, I’ll see when they steal your money and they say that we’re not to blame, these are hackers))) when money is accepted, they are fully responsible for their safety, as well as for safety of my data !!! They refused to cooperate, thus they confirmed their guilt in stealing money.

It is your fault for not setting up the 2FA and not fully securing your account, the first time you login into any exchange, trading sites, and gambling sites, you will be recommended to fully secure your account by setting up email, cell 2FZ, or even set up a pin but you failed to do this, this is a basic when it comes to securing your account, you are an irresponsible user who doesn't care and won't listen to the recommendation

I am sorry to say mut actually it's kinda your fault for not securing your account. If you have used same password login combination in the past, anyone could access your account using the leaked passwords from third party sites.

This is why google 2fa exists and why you should use it. From the betfuru's point of view you could just access to your own account and withdraw everything and blame them that someone used your password. They don't see the difference.

Hopefully you are using 2fa in everywhere else where you have money, because otherwise it's just a matter of time that these hackers access those accounts as well.

Also you want to change your email password and see it isn't forwarding any messages to any other email. Because if your email is compromised, they could just use that to reset your password.

I can see that you are still frustrated and emotional for the loss of your 600 TRX. You probably won't accept other arguments even if we talk for hours. You can read back all the previous discussions on this thread starting March 21 to understand the whole situation.

I am in agreement with what others said that Betfury didn't steal your money and they didn't leak your information to anyone.

dimon121, you were just one of those unlucky users. The platform was attacked last month and accounts who didn't set up their 2FA were mostly affected. The hackers used the emails and passwords they got from a data dumped somewhere then tried to match it on Betfury and, most likely, to other sites as well. Betfury detected that and prevented further attacks by forcing their users to change their password and recommended setting up 2FA.

Based on the time of this transaction, it's quite close when Betfury were attacked by hacker on March 21,2020 so there's a chance your account has been hacked too. Do you activate 2FA on your account?
As you said it's a small amount money, how come a scammer interested on small not a big one? Betfury wouldn't ruin their good reputation.

Better to provide any proof as anyone suggested above.

they have no reputation, reputation is not an argument, but a screen to hide their crimes, they steal small money, big players can tell about it all over the Internet because of big money, I am a small player and I cannot spread this information .

Even you do not believe me just because the amount is small and they know that you will not believe me, if a million were stolen from me, you would look at this situation differently

I am writing here so that people would know that this casino is stealing players' money, I brought evidence and showed you the address of the transaction, withdrawal from my account

Hey dude, are you sure that no one got into your account, surely they hacked it, frankly Betfury does not have to steal from anyone, and less for 600TRX, also remember that you must provide a screenshot, the way you present it does not have much support .

casino support sent me here  https://t.me/Dominika_Betfury They said it was their administrator, but she deleted our correspondence

https://pastenow.ru/ba78b42bda65b58f416e282339fbb4e4  I cannot give a screenshot of the full communication with support, this is technically not possible

This is not the one that we want to see, we want to see your ticket screenshot and your account on Betfury if you have enough evidence that your ticket is being ignored then create a thread in the scam section, I also don't see the logic of 600 Tron steal by Betfury, you are the only one that has this complaint if they are really stealing, where are the other accusations.

This casino steals money, they stole 600 trx from me, they had all the information the address of the criminal's transaction, but they refused to cooperate, I looked at the wallet to which they withdraw the stolen money
 https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/592a81f012ce4ca7f841964bd6c7a5028b22dfe34151e0e72f660ceb6db8dde4

You have messed up something. If you used your head you would see that they havent they stolen anything from anyone else.
And if you take a look at the volume they deal with, Why would they need your pocket money?

If you are serious about this, contact the support, otherwise go fudding something else.

What does this guy up to, Betfury has very good support, they will address this issue if only this complainant take the time to send a ticket and let the support team do their job, this guy just wants to ruin the reputation of Betfury, they are earning a lot why would they steal 600 Tron, this doesn't make sense at all.

I turned to them, but they refused to cooperate, they steal money from small players so as not to frighten the big ones, look how much they have already stolen for small amounts.  just look at the address where they are transferring and how much money they have already stolen

https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/592a81f012ce4ca7f841964bd6c7a5028b22dfe34151e0e72f660ceb6db8dde4  find the recipient's address there and you will see for yourself

Ok don't mess up this thread if you have substantial evidence go post it in the scam section but if you cannot prove your allegation you risk getting tagged, I still don't see the logic of why they are going to steal 600 Tron when they are paying members thousands of dollars, anyway I looked it just doesn't make sense.
