I have also faced faucet claim issue while there was no captcha. And they was showing an error message during the time. Perhaps, your bet odds should be minimum 1.40× in order to claim faucet again. Check my old reply to see the screenshot of the error message. Maybe Betja developer have forgot to add the error message while they implemented captcha system.

You can always check your bet history under settled bets/win bets/lost bets, so it is easy for you to track what happened to your bets.
Also, I encountered the never-ending captcha. But when I betted some of my satoshis and got back to get free sats, it went thru. So it is like the notification before, that you need to bet at least 1.x odds to claim again. But this time, no notification message but the never-ending captcha. There should be message just like before that you need to bet to claim again.

have you tried refreshing your connection? it is true that they added captcha but you can still claim the free satoshis as i just did claim.
on the other note, does betja have plans to acquire gaming license here in the future? it would be nice for them to get the license as it may add credibility to their sportsbook. but no rush here. as long as you are satisfactorily serving the players with no outstanding issues.

If you see a notification like "bet not accepted", just try it after a few seconds. There are situations in live betting where the market gets closed that will prevent you from placing a bet. If one team is in a dangerous goal scoring opportunity, the markets can close. If there is a penalty or there is a possibility there will be one, the markets will close. The same happens for red cards and the possibility of VAR usage. Not to mention connection issues.
yes, encountered such notif several times also. if it will not go thru, just try other markets. or better yet, if you really want to bet on that specific match, try reaching out their support in telegram. maybe they can help you why there's some issues.
anyway, i hope the betja rep here will continue to be active in answering some questions from their players. they can gain more players if they will be consistent in resolving issues, whether small or big ones.

There is no restriction on live or pre-match, but live bets are critical, and placing a bet depends on the situation of the event and a lot of things that impact the event. that is why you could not place a bet sometimes.
You probably should fix that problem right now in my opinion because you can potentially lose some customers who are more of a live bettor than a pre game kind. I don't think that there's anything wrong with betting at a live game although it should always depend as to what's the time of the game, if it's early, mid or late, to avoid the possibility of abuse.I find it somewhat risky when there are live events, I think you have to be much more daring, although emotions are put into play much more and if it is treated that way it is likely that you can make mistakes easier, but I admire the ability to the platform in accepting live bets.
I have never experienced that emotion, but you have to have nerves of steel to do it, my bets are always long before the events, so it gives me time to think, to take into account many things, I do not know if betting live becomes in a double edged sword.
