Facts, This is my first time to see a faucet on a sports betting website without a wagering requirements to claim the reward. The reward system for VIP is a very good deal. They just need to upgrade there marketing so everyone will be aware of there existence. They should be listed on trusted gambling review site to have a good exposure and also some advertisement here in the forum. I will be happy to try there website once I receive my salary this week.

They have been OK so far, but they are also lacking on certain fronts. - The matches in their offer miss plenty of interesting betting markets. Just make a comparison and open the same match on Betja and on Sportsbet.io and FortuneJack for example. You will notice how those other two platforms have a much wider list of betting markets.
- A similar thing can be said about the live betting markets. They only offer some basic markets. Not sufficient in my opinion.
- Their betting limits are small. Highrollers can't play on Betja because of those limits.
- They have a weird restriction in live betting. I have often noticed that if you place one live bet, they won't allow you to place another one on that same match. That makes no sense and that's not something I have seen with more popular brands.

Yeah, there was either a bug with my account or they decided to make a change to the interface.
I'm sure it's not a BUG. most likely it is indeed a system created by the developer for the old accounts that have already joined.there will be a limit for each user to make a claim and then have to do BET to get the free BTC faucet feature again. this is just my assumption.
maybe other Betja users experience the same problem? it will clarify how your case is.

there are restrictions for new users in the faucet. After making a bet with a minimum that is already visible, you can make a claim again.
on experience, I recently. I did 3 claim and then had to bet to be able to claim again.

Yeah, there was either a bug with my account or they decided to make a change to the interface. My account was missing the "Free BTC" tab when you click on "Wallet". But as soon as I made a bet, the tab came back and I could take advantage of the faucet feature. It wasn't like that before. The "Free BTC" button was always present and clickable once every hour if the previously requested funds were used for bets, of course.

i can say, this one is far from 1xbit, aside from being active here, they are also easy to reach via telegram. and they do reply and resolve your issues as much as they can. this is good if they want to build the trust from the community. they have a lot of competitors here, popular and long-running bookies, so they need to step up and satisfy their players..be clear and honest in resolving issues. because one day, this site will earn their position among bookmakers here. and soon, if they can allot some of their funds to acquire gambling license, that would be nice addition on their site.
and by the way, @betja, are you going to include trx and doge in your exchange in the future? those alts have relatively cheaper fees so will be good option for gamblers.

It looks like you've removed the cashout feature because I don't see that button anymore on each of my bets, and also every time there is a match that cancels, the refunded funds should be executed faster because I experience it's to long.
the Cashout is not a permanent thing, depends on the event it may appear or disappear.
